I had a great experience at Facile. I saw Mona a dermatology PA and she was awesome. She helped me with other skin concerns that i had at the time and also did some lip filler for me. She focused on my goal of keeping it natural and she educated me a lot on other treatments i was interested in. Will be seeing her again!

This place is wonderful! The facility is stunning, the front desk staff is attentive, warm and inviting. If you are looking for someone that is super knowledgeable, provides flawless and natural looking results, do yourself a favor and get to Gabriella Gerbi right away!!! She listens, and she delivers every time!!!!

Also, I have never had an issue finding parking in the area, no matter time my appointment has been. So don’t let that be a deterrent. Plenty of street parking right around the corner!

Absolutely loved my experience at Facile. All the staff were super welcoming and the space is gorgeous. I can't recommend Gabriella Gerbi enough. She was very detail-oriented and thoughtful with her teaching. It was my first microneedling session and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Will be back!

Dr. Nancy Samolitis (Dr. Sam) and her team are absolutely next level - providing a superior quality of care and customer service rarely seen nowadays. With my wedding coming up, I spent months searching for a dermatologist and even met with 3 other doctors who only seemed to care about money or getting me out the door (I had one doctor who wouldn't even talk directly to me rather would tell her assistant what to tell me while I was standing in the room with them both!).
I found Dr. Sam by googling "best dermatologists in Los Angeles." While several names came up, Dr. Sam's reviews really stood out, so much so that I did not shy away from her $300 consultation fee (which cannot be applied for services). This is something I typically never do, but I can say in all honesty, it is worth every penny. Dr. Sam truly spends time with her patients - she sets realistic expectations and explains every detail of her treatments. I had met with one dermatologist who told me I needed two syringes of HA fillers just to plump my cheeks - while Dr. Sam only used 1.5 syringes in several areas of my face to give me a more youthful look. She didn't push me to get more, rather suggested we start with a little and can increase later after seeing the results. After my first filler appointment, I'm obsessed with how much younger my face looks!!! And happy Dr. Sam recommended to start at the minimum necessary. I even brought my mom in for Botox and fillers! (She is equally as happy with her results). And of course, facile offers a myriad of other services like facials and lasers, to help women look and feel her best. In addition, Dr. Sam and her team respond promptly to patients by text and email, even after hours!
I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sam, except to add that she's assembled a great team at her Melrose location - Lexi at the front desk could not be kinder and more helpful, as is Dr. Sam's assistant Isabella.
I highly recommend booking services at Facile and guarantee you won't regret it!

Absolutely love Facile. I can't recommend this boutique enough. The space is beautiful and the providers are amazing. Gabriella is fantastic and thoughtful, very skilled in her approach. I've been for injections, microneedling, and medical facials, and my skin has never looked better.
