Not even a 1 star. Possibly one of the most horrendous shopping experiences to date. THE worst customer service I have ever encountered. Vicky at the Montana store is appalling - she is rude beyond belief and I am stunned that in an economy like today's people like this are running stores and stores like this are still in business. I have no idea how they operate and keep customers happy with their disgusting attitudes. Needless to say I canceled my order. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you'll be treat with some decency and the product you buy will be worth the money. That is not here.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! They lied to me about when I couches would be done multiple times I waited 3 weeks for couches and when I received them it was very cheap material on the inside I was getting stabbed by the down feather on the inside! I had them redo it because I was not happy with my results they took 4 weeks to finish 3 cushions. They are in it for the money!! Don’t believe the 5 stars they have because they buy them!!!!

Went in to buy a new couch, there's 2 lady's on the phone who look at me and back to their phones. Couldn't greet me, couldn't say anything as I stood there for 5 minutes watching them watch me. Avoid this place. The furniture looks cheap anyway
