For anyone looking for a car care place on the westside, I would highly recommend this Midas location! I’ve primarily just had my oil changes done here, but I have only experienced great service. Usually they are able to get me scheduled for same day or next day service, and I’ve never waited more than an hour. All the associates I’ve interacted with are friendly and helpful, Jesse especially. As a female I know finding a place to have your car worked on without feeling taking advantage of or demeaned can be a challenge, but again I’ve only had positive experiences at this Midas location and would recommend!

This Midas shop was recommended by a friend several years ago, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of service. Oil changes, tire issues and other maintenance issues have all been handled professionally and expertly. Kudos to Jesse, the store manager for overseeing the good work. Two thumbs up!

This place is the best. They got me in and out in less than an hour. Fixed my tire for $45 when other places would have tried to sell me a new tire. Super friendly staff and great communication. 10/10

Went today for an oil change. I got a coupon discount and was in right away. Very quick - and very impressed by the service that was given to the incoming phone calls. They also notified me of the additional service needs the computer codes of my car was recommending. Good service.

Needed a new battery and brought my car in. Doing it while I wait and probably under 30 min. Excellent service again.

After visting two other auto shops that could not tell me the cause of a rattling noise in the exhaust and returning from an exhaust specialist shop that told me I would have to come back at 8am I decided to stop into Midas on my way back home. Thank you Kelly and the mechanics for their help today! Not only was the problem diagnosed but they were able to fix it in a short time. There are all these "specialist" auto shops around but really all you need is a good mechanic and manager to solve your problem. Nothing fancy but just good ole customer service. You have won a customer and I will be back for sure. Thanks again.

Had a break Fluid exchange done on my car. Service was friendly and courteous. With an appoint, I was helped right away. Greg Licerio was at the front desk. My mechanics name’s were Fideo and Rene and they were very knowledgeable with the answers to my questions. I will be returning.

I highly recommend Midas as the staff went above and beyond to help me; their customer service was excellent! I came to Midas with a slow leak in one of my tires; the tire was almost flat. The service team took the time with me to personally examine all 4 tires and answer all of my questions. I made the decision to order all 4 new tires, which would be delivered to Midas the next day. The team replaced all 4 tires as well as balanced and aligned them. The team is honest and I trust their recommendations. I finally feel safe driving my car as I know the tires are in excellent condition. I highly recommend Midas for all service issues, not just tires!

Mr. TY helped me last week. Great young mechanic that is very quick to attend to your needs and very observant. Good personality the business needs more people like this. Very productive and hard working.

Came in with a flat tire, the team worked super fast to get it fixed and get me on my way before the end of the day. Service was great and pricing was much more reasonable than I expected.

Jesse and the crew at Midas were excellent. They were able to fix my tire immediately and the service was awesome!

Jesse made my life so much easier! He patched my tire, plug with patch. I thought I'd have to call AAA to put it back on. But Jesse put it on, made sure the pressure was perfect and put the spare back in trunk. He did all this work for $40. He was a very nice guy. That counts too!

I needed a tire patched and Costco wanted to keep my car for 8 hours (!!!) manager Jesse fixed iit right away and got $5 cheaper than my neighborhood place. Thanks guys!
