Dr. Yao is excellent. He took off "foreign body" from my ear canal in 1 second without any pain! All his front desk ladies and MA(I didn't get her name) are lovely and friendly.

Doctor Yao was so kind and incredibly skilled as were the rest of his staff. One of the best medical care experiences I've had by far.

This was my daughter's first ENT visit that made feel very well taken care of and really safe to be in the hands of this clinic.

Dr Yao is a really awesome ENT. He is super patient and considerate. I was also truly impressed with his nice facility and the caring staff. Thanks!

Best ENT surgeon I have never met, very experienced (20 plus years ), polite, scarless surgery with professional manner in my Surgery. Staff are friendly, office environment are very clean.

There is only one secretary doing all the work of intaking patients. The secretary is running around back and forth. It’s very disorderly, unfortunately. Also, the check-in counter is very small so incoming patients with appointments don’t immediately check-in if there is some one at the counter, blocking the view of the check-in sheet. Also, the secretary does not acknowledge incoming patients, not even a gesture to indicate patients need to sign in before sitting down (there also isn’t any signage to indicate it as well).

tl;dr-The counter is too small; the single secretary is swamped with too many tasks making patients’ appointments incredibly longer because of the inefficiency.

Terrible Doctor, very rude and waiting time is more than one and half hour even you have an appointment. If you want to know more detail feedback of this doctor, then you should check it out on yelp.

This office does not have any appointments until Dec ‘23! I asked if they had a waiting list for appointments that are cancelled and the girl on the phone tried to give me this lengthy explanation of how it works finishes with “oh, but the cancellation list is only for people with appointments” She knew I was a new patient with a referral, why would she waste my time in trying to explain something if it didn’t even pertain to me!! 😡🤯 People who answer phones really need to learn how to speak English and learn some customer service.

Horrible doctor. Don't come here. He's insensitive and rude, some of the front staff is alright, others are rude, but overall it was a bad experience. If you do come, prepare for a headache.

I have been a patient here for half a year now and still have not been helped in any way. The front office is extremely rude every time I come in. Just now when I returned a phone call to confirm my upcoming appointment they hung up on me for no reason. They called me in the first place so I really don't understand what that was about. This place sucks, plain and simple. It's really frustrating because I genuinely do need medical assistance and these people are just making it worse

The staff is very rude (unless you are Asian) they schedule my appointment for 9:15 doctor dose not show up tell 10:30 I have now been here 3 times each visit has taken over 2 hours and 2 of those I was the first person here even beat the staff

Dr. Yao is ok but front lady is terrible. Rude, unfriendly, un polite.
I suggest doctor to fire her otherwise all patients run away.

Terrible! This place double books and overbooks patients. The staff are not all that friendly either. I don't care how good this doc is, if this is how the front house is I would Never come here!

This place is useless i schedule an appointment for my son i wait months for the appointment and idiots call 2 days before the appointment to tell me that they are no longer working with my son's primary Dr office Ughhh sooo frustrating......

He is careless for his patients and he has a very bad nurse team except for Elaine Li.

太太太不好预约了，打电话10次9次没人接！！！不知道前台电话是不是有问题？还是前台一直没有人听不到电话响！！！看诊前几天也没有任何短信提醒！！！
