A full service computer store sales and service. The staff is well trained in the field of technology. Their prices are competitive. The sells all types of desktops and laptop computer. They will build computers made to order. There is a separate section for gaming computers. I upgrade my laptop from a 500 GB to 1TB. The external SSD hard drive didn't transfer all the files to the new Hard Drive. A message appeared on the screen there was no bootable drive. I had a night light out town. I dropped my laptop off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. W11 was running and there were other errors.

This is a great place for your IT needs, from buying a computer to network setup etc. I got service from different technician there and I have to give a thumb up for everything they did for me. I ordered a brand new desktop from Lenovo but they gave me a better solution for my home office purpose. The owner Andrew helped me with setting up a server type system and upgraded my laptop for future use. He explained patiently the hardware, setup of the system, the backup, software license and so much more. The price of the hardware is very reasonable and they don’t rip you off by suggesting something not necessary. If you’re a small business owner without IT in-house, they are your best solution.

I been going to Alice Computerworks for years. Anything from changing the fan in my laptop, clearing viruses, extending memory, changing my machines cooling systems, and more. They always give amazing customer service, reasonable pricing, and fastttt. It sucks when you’re machine isn’t working but Alice is so patient in explaining the issue and making experience as painless as possible. They even help carry my desktop computer from and back to my car for me. 5 star 100%

I went to apple because my 1 year old Mac stopped working. It was a week after the 1 year since I bought it, and because I didn't buy an insurance apple wanted to charge me $430 just to look at the computer and fix the basics, they said I may loose all my data and that if there was a water damage it will cost more money. Luckly I found Alice Computerworks and they were on point, gave me fair prices and I ended up spending a lot less, not loosing any data and having great service with a free warranty. It turns out it was water damage so apple would have charged me an additional (and probably expensive) fee. These guys are my go to for now on! No more apple store for me!

Wonderful experience! Great customer service and amazing technical skills. They replaced my hard disk when it failed and salvaged all of my files at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return for future needs.

The company I manage, Ellen's Silkscreening, has worked with Alice Computer for about 5 years and their service has been outstanding. We have an office network of 10 computers and Alice are very responsive if we ever have networking, software, or hardware issues. They have also helped us establish solid online backup systems and firewall protection for our office network. We see them as an essential and valuable partner to our business.

One day my MacBook Pro started giving me a flashing folder with a question mark when I turned it on. I brought it to Alice and they were able to replace the hard drive with and SSD. I paid for same day service and had my computer back up and running 4 hours later. Amazing.

This is my go to place if i have any issues with my computer or phone. Excellent customer service, trustworthy and great price. I have my iphone screen replaced with much better price than other places.

Due to the software issuer's problem, they could not connect the newer scanner with Adobe Acrobat DC; but I still trust this shop. The technicians are reasonable, professional and very patient.

The staff at Alice Computers in San Marino are competent and respectful to those of us who are not so techno savvy and didn't grow up with computers. Mr. Joe Tawfik was especially helpful to me.

service is okay but charged me 60 for one 8GB DDR4 RAM? not sure if thats reasonable or not. anyway, giving 5 stars.

Awesome customer support. They fixed my laptop at a far lower price than the original manufacturer offered to fix it for.

I lost a few screws for my laptop and they replaced them for me for free. The service was very quick and very friendly.
