My two kids attended this school. My son attended for over 2.5 years and my daughter for about 8 months. The only reason we left was because we moved out of the state. My kids were in such good hands here at this center. The teachers treated my kids as their own and gave them so much love and affection. I would confidently recommend this center to anyone!

As a first time mom with postpartum anxiety it was really hard make the decision to put my child in daycare. I chose the children’s court yard because it had live cameras and I knew this would help with reducing my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this daycare facility because of the staff and the consistency and structure. I love that the staff in my classroom always listened to my instructions and reassured me that they were doing there best to meet all of my child’s individual needs. No one is going to take care of your child as good as you, but I can say that they came close. If I didn’t move out of state my baby would still be enrolled.

Thanks CCY!

I really love all the saff here. This is my first child and they treat her and all the other children so well! They offer live camera viewing, which as a first time mom, I thought was neat and that I would use it, but after the first day, I decided I didn't even need that function because my baby girl was so happy! That was a year ago and we are enrolling our next soon-to-be born daughter and can't wait. They accept Childcare Aware and majority of families are military. I highly recommend. Our family loves all of our teachers and staff here!

We've had a wonderful experience at DuPont Learning Center. Our son has connected with his teachers as well as the staff from around the building. He loves the different areas in his classroom, and we love being able to peek in via the webcams during the day!

Amazing!!! My grandson is thriving here. Great facility, amazing staff, lm always greeted with a smile and they very helpful if I have a question about anything. LOVE the fact that I can log on and see my grandson having a wonderful time thru their video system.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my child has not started yet. My first impression was amazing. I read other reviews about the director being unpleasant but since they have made some changes, I was very impressed with the new director. My appt was scheduled for 3:30 but I showed up at 1pm hoping to tour early. I was greeted and was immediately taken on the tour. I was in the early childhood education field for over 10 years so i was looking for very specific things in a place for my first child, and I believe that I have found it in The children's courtyard. I will definitely be updating this review after my child begins classes here.

My child never went here but we did take a tour. The director wasn’t very friendly and I felt SO rushed. From the time we arrived to the time she walked us out it was 10 minutes! My child was overwhelmed
and upset that she didn’t even have time to process it. When we walked by other classrooms it was nap time and one of the 2-3 year olds was having a hard time resting. One of the workers was pounding on her back so hard. She looked really frustrated! I would never send my child here. We had bad vibes the entire time.

I made an appointment to visit and check out the place since this place was recommended by a friend. We got there on the set day and time, even got a message reminder that morning saying “ Excited? We are! Your tour of THE CHILDREN'S COURTYARD is on 03/01 at 10:30 AM. Msg freq may vary Msg&Data Rates May Apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to stop“ but in charge person was like “ we cant have the tour today.” I asked why. And she says “i dont know”.

It is very disappointing and unprofessional to not communicate with us and not have a valid reason. I ofcourse will not trust these people with my children!

If there were no stars, thats exactly what I would rate them. Zero attention to detail or care for that matter. These people really suck at communicating and lack of understanding.
I wouldn’t even bother to enroll my child. Let alone, i had to wait a year to get my child enrolled!! Im glad she is not going there anymore.

Disappointed with lack of attention to detail. Unfair treatment for kids with parents who work managerial staff as well as kids with longevity. Teacher was not present during an incident resulting in child under 2 who can not stand on own being dragged down and hitting head on ground. Original notification stated child had fallen. Further review of video shows child being dragged. Incident report took over a week to complete as only started when parent inquired where it was. Clearly this establishment is an establishment I’m the business of making money and not child care. Prior to bringing child to this be sure to look into all the learning care group (parent company) lawsuit. Children have no form of structure as teachers constantly change out classes and they have a high rate of teachers who leave. This establishment has no motivation to ensure they are providing at all times a safe environment. They sugar coat reports and downplay situations to maintain the credibility as a top rated childcare provider. If you want your child to be cared for properly and looked after I highly advise you do not utilize this facility.

In light of new events, I am glad I didn't enroll my child here. Who knows what would have happened. If you have children here make sure you are paying close attention to the marks and stuff your child may have. The staff does not seem to care about the SAFETY of children. They do not document when things happen and cover things up! Run far away! I would not trust these people with my kids and their management seems rude and like they don't care! Children are supposed to be protected and loved and SAFE what has came to light about this place has exposed that that place is not safe and does not have a child's best interest at heart. If a child is laying on the floor screaming you do not open the door and then shut it and walk away, you should INVESTIGATE and make sure that child is okay! I would stay far away from this place! Look elsewhere for child care!

If you want a quality childcare service take your children elsewhere! While the teachers are clearly trying their hardest and clearly love the children, the way this company runs it's schools is horrible. It's all about the bottom line and not about the teachers or children. The director at this school is rude and comes across and smug and stuck up and does not know what she's doing. The company needs to reevaluate who they put in charge of their schools if they want to fix their reputation. They also need to reevaluate how much pressure they put on their teachers and how much they ask of them.

DO NOT bring your child here! My tour was at 5:30 pm but I got off work early and arrived at 4:00 pm on 09/20/18. I was getting a tour of the 2 year old class room. One of the workers I didn’t get her name, tall, skinny with dark hair. Was changing diapers so rough! She seemed mad. To make matters worse! The 5 minutes that I was there she changed 3 little girls diapers. she didn’t 1) wash her hands in between each child. 2) not even hand sanitizer!!! 3) didn’t change the changing pad or spray or wipe down in between!!! I’m so disappointed and upset to see other people’s children treated like this! I just left right away. They do not care about the children! I wasn’t even enrolled or in the building for 10 minutes!

Disregarded children getting hurt and neglected children in classrooms (will leave classes with no supervision for long periods of time). The staff has also be negligent when it comes to filling out incident reports
