Serenity Zen | Massage SPA

I came here due to bad tension and knots in my shoulders and back area from sitting at a desk all day and I left feeling the difference! I asked for deep tissue as I knew this would be needed and while it was uncomfortable getting the knots out I know I needed it. For sure feel the difference!! When she massaged my legs I didn't even realize how much tension I had there.. but much needed. The rest of the massage was very focused and the hot stones made it more relaxing :)

Mia did amazing! I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back and asked her to focus on those areas and she did just that. She massaged my face too and her head massages/scratches were so wonderful. I wish I had paid for a 90 minute instead of a 60 minute because I didn’t want the massage to end. She wasn’t too gentle but also wasn’t rough, it was the perfect amount of pressure and now when I go, I am always gonna call ahead to see if she’s available!

I always have my massage here for years at the West Covina branch! Ambience is really good and place is clean and quiet! Staff always showed corteousness. And my therapist this time was really really good! Glad that I have an annual membership here and enjoyed all the discount and rewards points!

They front staff was patient, friendly, and professional. The massage therapists were also professional and did such an amazing job truly giving a total body massage. The amount of pressure was ideal and worked my knots out at the same time felt relaxing and felt great coming out of it.

Called in for same day appt and they were able to fit me in. Upon arrival check-in was a breeze. The place is clean, quiet, and relaxing. My massage therapist was excellent!

Everything runs so smoothly here! Reception is great, they explain everything so well before the service which helps make the experience more enjoyable. My therapist was Cindy, she’s amazing, she used the perfect amount of pressure and had a great flow. I’ve been to other massage establishments and this was by far my favorite. After one session, I decided to buy one of the passes they offer because I loved my experience so much. So glad I tried something new; I highly recommend this place.

Susan has magic hands. 😁 I had the 30 minute reflexology and 45 minute body massage. I walked in hoping to have my neck and shoulders worked on and now I am sore. I know my body will thank me once I've healed. Very satisfied with my service.

Amazing service at affordable prices. Clean, calming facility, great masseuses, and nice (inexpensive) add ons to the massages (I love the menthol rub!) The membership is also not very expensive given the discounts you get with the membership! As someone that’s frequented massage places of all kinds and price ranges, Serenity Zen is the best service at the best prices!

My mom and I had a great experience at Serenity Zen. Our service was fantastic. We both got the foot reflexology service with the Menthol balm add-on. We left feeling relaxed and like new. We definitely will be going back!

My masseuse was thorough, in tuned to what my body needed and was caring. I needed a massage and peaceful time to myself and that’s what I got. I truly walked out of there feeling really really good. I’m a member so I’ll be back soon of course.

I ve been to Serenity Spa several times and left feeling like I ve been on Vacation.They are very skilled pled in all areas that they offer. They also have several choices of amenities to make your experience enjoyable. The ispa itself has always maintained impeccable standards for cleanliness and safe hygiene procedures. The prices are affordable also.Would recommend this as a treat or weekly treat yourself experience.

It was a delightful experience. I usually go to Massage Envy but I got a gift certificate to Serenity Zen as a birthday gift and wow, I was able to get a same day appointment. The manager is really nice and I felt very welcomed. The space is very Zen and relaxing. I’m definitely coming back! All my knots are gone and the hot stones was the best experience! Thanks!

I came to Serenity Zen today for a foot reflexology and body massage. The prices are fair. The service here was very professional. I believe it was Cindy who did my massage and she was very good! She knew which muscles needed work without me telling her, and I left very relaxed. And I’m not a small guy (225 lbs). The front service desk was hosted by Chloe today, and she was also very knowledgeable and kind. I was shocked to see it had been 4 years since my last visit. I purchased a plan to come back more frequently!
