Los Amigos Strength and Fitness

I've had a wonderful time dropping in at Los Amigos! Carlos has been an excellent coach, ensuring good scaling and reviewing technique for every member, and the whole class is extremely welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone either wanting introduction to strength and conditioning work or wanting to follow some of their excellent in-house programming!

As a former gymnast with residual joint pains, I was very hesitant to try CrossFit. I am so happy that I found this gym! The coaches take their time to walk you through proper ergonomics for every movement pattern before you try anything new. They also provide education on which muscles are involved in each technique and how the skills you learn in class may transfer to your everyday movement patterns. My favorite part of the los amigos family is how much fun we have! Sandy and Carlos make sure to make every member feel special for their accomplishments and we celebrate holidays with special events at the gym. Even on my busiest days when it’s hard to get to the gym, I can’t imagine my life without my los amigos family.
