I thought I can say I found a new cleaners because of the reviews that I've already seen But after spending $60 at the cleaners seem like they wash my clothes instead of dry cleaning Because unless I gain some weight it seems like my clothes had shrank

This is the worst cleaner you could possibly take your garments to. Janett has left the business in the hands of an unprofessional manager called Alonso who is very rude, disrespectful and running the business to the grounds. I have been coming to this location for years since I've moved to the neighborhood. However, I recently had 4 separate incidents with them burning my jacket, shrinking my sweater, staining my white blazer and then ripping my dress. I have been going back and forth in trying to resolve these issues and submitted claim forms which Alonso keeps telling me he can't find even though the girl who works the morning shift has told me that she sees the claim in the system. He hung up on me every time I called and tried to get updates. The co-owner who is Janett's husband refuses to take control and speaks to me when I called their second location located on 120th Street in Hawthorne. By the way, they don't even wash clothes at that location. Our neighborhood deserves better business to serve them.
