I had a great experience at Airport Marina Honda. I originally bought a Honda odyssey but after a couple days decided it wasn’t right for me. They were nice enough to allow me to return the car for something else. They didn’t need to do the exchange but they wanted to help make sure I got the car I liked. Bijan, Carlos, and Dave helped to work out a deal that was perfect for me. I ended up getting a brand new Honda civic. I’m super satisfied with the deal I got for the car and the customer service the gentlemen provided. I highly recommend choosing this dealership for your next car purchase.

Airport Marina Honda is my first stop and shop for car deals. This is my third car purchase at this exact location. I went there on 4-13-24 and was pleasantly greeted by salesman Fulton Hicks. From the moment I met Fulton I could sense he was an honest, experienced and knowledgeable salesman. He graciously and patiently showed me a few cars and ultimately found the Honda Civic I was looking for. He asked Carlos his manager if he could get me a price reduction and I did. Also, Fulton got me the interest rate and monthly car note rate I asked for. Fulton made my car buying purchase with such ease. When coming here to look for a new ride my husband & I were greated with a BIG friendly smile from a lovely young lady. To our surprise she was a sales person. Normally, when you walk into a dealership a bunch of sales men rush you with the "can we help you" greeting. Anastasia was a breath of fresh air. Her bubbly personality made our buying experience so much more enjoyable. If you're going to drop a bunch of bills you might as well have some fun, right?! Plus she was extremely knowledgeable. I worked with my service rep, Michelle, and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions, and didn't push anything on me, which is appreciated. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and also knew I wanted to get a list of potential upcoming maintenance items. Michelle walked me through the key areas I should focus. And surprise, they weren't all the expensive ones! Great service.

Great place to purchase! And not just because of their selection of vehicles. For me, it was the people I encountered. My sales representative is Fulton. He’s kind and mellow and listens to what you have to say. I was in line for a new vehicle and had been to several dealerships. By the time I arrived at Airport Marina Honda, I was just about through with the process and deciding against making a purchase, but then after noticing he was not pushy, but gently encouraging me to consider and give him the opportunity to meet my needs, I left with everything I wanted. We came to Airport Marina Honda referred by the Costco Auto Program. Our sales representative was Nick Ball who was off the charts wonderful in assisting us in purchasing our car. He was patient, concise in his explanations, knowledgeable and friendly. He shattered the myth of a car salesperson, no high pressure or sales pitches, he was matter of fact in providing the information we needed for our decision. Nick comes with our highest recommendation.

Friendly environment. Before I can get out of my vehicle salespeople running out to greet and see if I want to upgrade. I smile letting them know I'm happy with my Honda SUV I definitely don't want payments. Parts department is great and there's always treats in the waiting area. Free Wi-Fi 👍

Took my 2008 CR-V in for repair of my instrument cluster. While looking at the showroom floor models, Suni Gangwani approached me asked was I looking to buy. Answered vehicle getting serviced. Suni tried to get me to test drive a 2024 CR-V. As much as I wanted to, I resisted because I knew I would want the vehicle. After receiving a video of the inspection of my vehicle yesterday [March 24th], I called Suni and we talked about the repairs I needed and the approximate cost. It was more than the initial cost. Suni advised the service department to hold off repairing the vehicle. Long story short, I drove off the lot in a 2024 royal blue Honda CR-V ex, I couldn't be happier. I must say, I prayed on the way to Airport Marina Honda. Now I need to learn how to operate all the features that my previous CR-V wasn't equipped with. Highly recommend Airport Marina Honda, Suni Gangwani and the sales department and above all God, because He will provide in His time not ours. Yesterday was definitely God's time. Gave Suni's info to my grandson and I'll give Suni my grandson's info.

Setting-up the appointment was easy. I called to get an oil change, and Brian (I think that's what the young man's name was) told me if I could be in within an hour that he could get me in/out. I save a few $$$ as well, which is always good. I moved here from another state and I only get my Honda serviced at certified dealers. Suffice it to say, I've found my "Honda home" in Airport Marina. Cordial staff, excellent service, clean/open facilities. Stellar!

If you’re in the market to buy a new vehicle, do yourself the favor and work with Anastasia! She’s honestly been the greatest sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I met Anastasia a few months back when I was inquiring about a new prologue. She answered my questions , asked what I wanted in an electric vehicle and didn’t hesitate to show me a few other options while I made my decision. She got my contact information, which I dreaded sharing at the beginning, if you’ve ever given your number to a car sales person you may understand the resistance, I didn’t want to get bombarded with calls about the cars. To my surprise Anastasia, embodied professionalism , care and efficiency. She would communicate with me whenever she had updates on the prologue or potential release date.
Fast forward to last week, I get into a car accident and after looking at the damage I assumed it would be totaled. Yesterday, I got the call from my insurance company and was told my car would be a total loss. I dreaded having to look for a vehicle in this market, but I need a car. I instantly remembered Anastasia, and reached out to see if she was in the office today. Luckily, she was! I parked and she instantly remembered me! She’s greeted me warmly asked what I was debating between and quickly showed me options I didn’t even realize were important to me. Her knowledge, personality and customer service quickly made me realize I would be purchasing a car today. We test drove a few different options and we sat to discuss financing options. I was completely impressed by level of service , professionalism and genuine care. She asked how my car got totaled and it felt like I was speaking with an ol’ friend. She listened to my concerns and found me the vehicle I wanted in the price I wanted.

I came in for car service without an appointment and met Rich, who did the intake. He opened the hood to show me the areas that would be checked during the multi-point inspection (no one had done that before). He was very kind and funny. I'm appreciative of such great service.
