Purchased my first vehicle from here, I was hesitant about the entire process so I have been holding off for months and I also wanted to find the right vehicle. I was having trouble finding insurance and they even called around for me without even asking, there awesome I definitely recommend this place and good selection of vehicles that most the time are always in the shade not direct sun cause there located under the freeway.

I worked with Jay to buy a car. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I was offered when I came on site. They even worked with me to accept a personal check since my bank has no physical branches and getting a cashier's check is difficult. He was very friendly and very honest. A straight shooter. No haggling. I highly recommend him and the dealership. He even gave me a ride to an auto shop for a pre-purchase inspection, and picked me up after! I have had the car for 4 weeks now and no issues have arisen.

I purchased a car a month ago. The process was very easy with no pressure. Kenneth got everything taken care of quickly and also was kind enough to have it ready for pick up at the location closer to me. There were a few times I wish communication was better with questions I had after the purchase, but overall the experience was great.

Jay is the man to talk to! He helped me and was very patient with me since the car buying experience is very stressful. I was very impressed with the car that i purchased from them and so far nothing wrong with it!! Only thing is that I need to change the sunroof motor. I used to be a Toyota S.M. client, but when I started looking for something with reasonable price, reliable but in excellent condition and not too boring I found Royal Auto Dealer. I bought Prius IV with the moon roof and did 2000 miles during the last month driving to work, traveling and didn't have any issues.
