At the recommendation of my brother, I took my tax preparation to Shahid Iqbal. I had several years of returns to file and review. I'm so glad that I did as Mr. Iqbal was able to do everything that was required to bring me current in record time. The fees he charged was very reasonable. In fact his price was about one third less than most others who quoted me. His negotiation skills with IRS are incredible. His vast knowledge of the tax system was able to reduce my tax burden in half saving me thousands in the process. I have recommended him to other friends and they are just as delighted with his service. Mr. Shahid Iqbal now does all my personal and business taxes and has been instrumental and helpful in advising me on different aspects of my business. I am impressed with the width and breadth of his knowledge. He is a very busy CPA, so make sure you get an appointment prior.

Mr. Iqbal has helped me with my taxes for 2013 through 2017; that's 5 years! I am getting ready to file for 2018 with him as well. He helped me renegotiate past unpaid taxes and fines with the IRS & FTB. He literally saved me thousands of dollars!!

In addition, since I am self-employed, he helped me set up an LLC in 2015 thereby saving me even more on taxes since then. I referred him to my brother who he helped with his current and previous tax filings as well. My bother and Sister-in-law are very happy with the work Mr. Iqbal did for them. I have no qualms referring him to my friends and family.

If lack of reviews itself is not a warning to stay away or to be suspicious of this company then my experience should do. This man conned my small company out of $5,000 just to do taxes in which he did not even do right. He lacked to give 1099s and turned in needed paperwork day of when taxes are due! He is very aggressive in demands for payment and will act polite and personable to trick you he genuinely cares about your business when in fact he is the most unprofessional apathetic con. Never had I had such a bad experience with any business in my life. For your sake please go elsewhere.
