So I took in my 2015 Avalon for a routine oil change. I had purchased a new oem aluminum filter housing online on ebay. I asked them if they could swap it out. Service advisor said absolutely no problem. They even saved me the original in a plastic bag for me. So I pick up the car later on and noticed a few days later there was a small oil leak. Turns out that so called upgraded housing was defective. Called up my service advisor and he said bring it down to see what the problem was. They swapped it out back to the original and changed the oil again. So I then asked ok how much since it was pretty much my fault for providing a defective part. The advisor told me there was no charge and not to worry everything was 100 percent taken care of. Shout out to Erik Sanchez and South bay Toyota for taking care of me!! Great team and awesome customer service in every department. Cashiers are always very nice as well. Keep up the good work!! I highly recommend this dealer for any services you may need.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. I love working with Internet Sales whenever I’m buying a new car. Frances made the process easy and efficient. In and out in such a short time. Love my new 4 Runner. Frances spent quality time explaining everything about the car and Carlos in the Financial Department explained everything in detail about the contract. This will be our new go to location. Toyota love forever. We drove from Huntington Beach to South Bay for this car. Their online inventory is up to date on their website and they are quick to respond.

Buying a car is a very traumatic experience for me because I keep my cars for 10 to 12 years so I want to be soul satisfied and not pushed into anything. Within two minutes of me walking onto the property at Southbay Toyota a very nice gentleman came to ask if he could help me. This is so unlike the other three dealerships that I went to where I
Walked around a lot by myself for 10 to 15 minutes before, anybody even approached me.
I explained to him what I was looking for what I really wanted in a vehicle, and I was torn between a Toyota Camry, which I had had before many years ago and a RAV4 or a Corolla cross. He showed me all three vehicles and we went over my basic wish list and there was absolutely no pressure. He guided me by asking me my lifestyle and what I was going to do with the car and it was a very this smooth process to pick the right car for me.
because I was just coming out of a battle with Hyundai over a recall of an engine which they refused to fix and I had the extended warranty. I have many questions for Toyota about maintenance and extended warranties and wanted to be sure that this wasn’t going to happen again to me.
I even had a special request for a different color inside and they offered to swap it out for me because they did not have that color on the lot
so many accolades for this dealership. The agent that helped me and the other sales people were all very pleasant. The finance gentleman went over all the fine details of things I might have missed in my choices. It just was a very lovely experience. When I got home I realized that when I bought my 1996 Toyota Camry, I bought it from the same place and it was the same great experience. I should never have left Toyota Southbay.

Teresita is incredibly helpful and very straight-forward to talk to. She's transparent with pricing and availability of inventory. She's also highly responsive through text and calls. We could not recommend her enough!

Early this year, we came back to Teresita when my partner and I were looking for a second purchase. The model we were eyeing just sold, so we made a reservation instead, expecting the car to arrive in about 3 months. I recommend working with Ashley Gaines when buying a new Toyota.
She was very helpful, knowledgable and patient throughout the entire process. She sent me a fair estimate over the phone without me having to go into the dealership to negotiate. I like that Ashley didn't play games during the sales process. She was transparent, efficient and didn't give me the run around.
I had my eye on the 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE in black exterior and interior. She made sure I got the car that I specifically wanted and ordered it for me. Ashley set aside all the time I needed to make sure I was all set and understood the car's features and payment options.
