After hours and hours of research, wanting to find the best lash lift/tinter in town, I landed at Bijou Beauty. I decided to go by the shop to make my appointment. Shop was cute, clean and had a good vibe. The gal at the front desk was super sweet, informative and professional. I was able to get in that same day in the afternoon. Maria Aris was my esthetician, FANTASTIC job. She was really welcoming, explained her process and was very gentle. My lashes look A-MAZING!
Anytime I'm back in LA, I'm going to make this stop a priority. 😊

Absolutely adore this place!! I started seeing Lauren for lash lifts, which I never knew I needed until I gave it a try. The lift just made me look brighter and more awake, so feminine. Then I started asking Lauren about facials and WOW, she has transformed my skin. We started slow with a more gentle facial and have work our way up to Red Carpet Facials, then Hydra Facials, and just last week I tried the Oxygen Facial. I am constantly getting compliments on my skin since I started seeing Lauren. I’ve also seen Carly for lifts and facials! Patricia for Lash extension and after seeing Johanna’s microblading before and after pics I am really been considering getting my brows done too. This place is great for people who value natural beauty just want a little boost. Bijou Bijou!!

After tons of research and deliberation I saw Lauren for a lash lift and I left SO happy I chose her for my first lash lift experience. She patiently and kindly explained every step of the process and even added a super soothing massage while waiting for the lift to take effect. Her passion for her work is palpable; she took before & after photos for me and the results are stellar! I recently went back for a balancing facial and my skin is looking so bright and happy. She’s the best!

I have been getting facials from Lauren for over 3 years. There's a reason I keep coming back! Lauren is so, so sweet and does such a great job at helping control my oily skin. Would highly recommend this place for regular facials!

I like to think of myself as a lash connoisseur. I started getting lash extensions in 2005 when only three places in Los Angeles offered such services. I just got back to LA end of last year and found Carly January 2019. I'm super happy I found her. Her technique, lash design, and attention to detail is what I come back for. I get touched up every two to three weeks depending on how my week went. I have a very active lifestyle. I climb, camp, hike, yoga, and so many other activities weekly and they hold up. I get compliment on them regularly and compliments on how natural they look.

So happy I found Bijou Beauty 4-months ago. I was looking for something a little more natural than extensions, and the lift + tint was it! Not to mention the customer service with James (front desk) and Lauren (owner, specialist) makes me feel welcome and loved! I can honestly spend hours there talking and relaxing in their calm environment right on Santa Monica Blvd!

My lashes were on the thinner, shorter side. And once I got the service, I was excited! I stopped using mascara and began to (as Lauren says) be happy with my natural lashes. But it really took a few weeks + additional tints + their amazing products (GrandeLASH-MD and Clear/Black Gloss Mascara with Amino Acids) to actually SEE the difference. Tips: Only get the products from Bijou Beauty as they order from the retailers direct, they work, and are not too expensive for their benefits and my happiness. I use GrandeLASH-MD every night and the Glass Mascara every morning and night (removing it before reapplying using their makeup remover).

Now after 4-months coming every 2-weeks for lash tint + every 6-weeks for a lash lift + tint, I am confident and absolutely LOVE my lashes. Not to mention, I wake up and am ready to go! If I have no makeup on, I still feel girlie and fun! Even my fiancé comments on how long, thick, and healthy they look. My GFs say they look like extensions.

My advice to you — try Bijou Beauty + their staff and products out! I know lash lift/tints are newer and can seem scary or you want to simply get extensions, but this is the natural way to make you feel even more beautiful and shine brighter!

Bijou beauty is a gorgeous salon with the friendliest staff, very inviting! I got my eyelash extensions done there by Carly and she really took the time to listen to how I wanted my lashes to look and she exceeded all my expectations!! Highly recommend going there and I will definitely be back soon!

I brought my mother here for a facial and was very impressed with how they treated her. Everyone was incredibly kind and catering, from the reception desk to her actual treatment. Afterward she was offered a complimentary latte made to her specifications. She (and I) will definitely be returning!

One of my favorite places in West Hollywood! On top of the high quality facials, the beautiful aesthetic, the aroma, the welcoming smiles when you first get there all make it a memorable experience.

Lauren is great! She transformed my struggling brows & her facials make my skin look and feel so much better.

She fried all my lashes . She used the wrong rod and didn’t place them at the right direction so that the end of my lashes won’t curl and now they look so short and are damaged. I have now to deal with such terrible fried lashes for 6weeks or longer. I didn’t get no apology and she didn’t even bother to return my money or even half of it back for such poor quality of work.
