Claudia Torres was awesome no pressure no haggle just let me sample every bed me and my wife wanted to try answered all of our questions gave us all the information we needed made the purchase so easy. Recommend coming to check out the Dream Center and trying this experience if you are shopping for a bed come here you won’t regret it !

I was actually buying school supplies for my kids, when one thing lead to another and found myself at Jerome's dream shop mattress store. Bryan (sales man) answered the questions I had ,very helpful. I was about to buy on that same day but my kids weren't patient and had to come back. Returned to the shop two days after with enough time to spare. Bought the Mattress my wife and I liked. I liked how I was treated and the process was very fast. I am going to be referring people to buy at this store.

If you ever need a bed I super super highly recommend you come in and see Bryan or Claudia.
Brian went out of his way he explained everything about mattresses and made sure we were very satisfied with our choosing of our mattresses. This guy goes extremely out of the way.

The sales rep at the Pico Rivera location was extremely helpful and the prices are very reasonable! Luckily I qualified for credit, but they have other finance options depending on your situation. The beds are great quality and the delivery went smooth. Thank you!!!

My mom and I visited the Jeromes in Pico Rivera, and we were helped by Bryan Sierra. He was amazing and patient with picking out two mattresses for my mom and brother. He was able make the process easy for picking out a mattress, was extremely knowledgeable with all their stock, and made the purchasing process overall seamless and straightforward. He made sure we knew of all the products that Jeromes has to offer, and we’re able to make the best decisions possible. Overall, amazing experience and highly recommend!

Brian the salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable about every mattress sold there at the Pico Rivera store on Washington. As I have back issues he knew just the right mattress I needed in thee we position I sleep in. It was a pleasure meeting Brian and having him sell me the right mattress.

The West Covina Jerome's store has the worst customer service. Went there and was greeted by salesperson, she managed to show us what we needed but disappeared to finalize the sale. Went to Dream Shop in Pico Rivera and Brian/salesperson was awesome. Granted there were only two sales persons in that small little shop, but they know how to provide the best customer service. They should be training West Coina Jerome's how to treat their customers. Shout out to Brian, you have made our Jerome's experience great. Thank you Brian & keep being you.
