Premier Pharmacy Services

I have been using Premier pharmacy for a year or so. I have no complaints. Today as I reached out to the representative VIVIAN . Today I called for a mediation refill. I wasn’t able to reach anyone. But she saw that I called and called be back. She then needed an authorization it took a few minutes to wait but there is a process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Vivian !

I have to change my rating of Premier Pharmacy. I have no idea what changed, but now they are extremely accommodating and their deliveries are much much faster. Kudos to Premier, I guess whatever they changed has made a huge difference in servicing their customers. Another reason I decided to post this is because I realized that the nursing facility I’m in was to blame for the delay in the approval process of my meds. So please forgive me Premier! You guys are great!!

I have been a pharmacy technician for 10 years now. I have worked for quite a few pharmacies in my time. Out of all the different pharmacies I worked at I can say that Premier Pharmacy is the best. Very great work environment, awesome staff, and very efficient. Probably the most efficient pharmacy I have ever worked for. The work flow is very smooth and each department handles thier own workload which greatly reduces any stress. The supervisors are very friendly and hr is on point so any issues (if any) will be resolved. 10/10 would work here again.

The recommendation to use Premier's products and services came just in time. My mother-in-law was going through a difficult recovery process, and we needed a reliable pharmacy to provide quality service and timely delivery. I am thankful to my friend who told me about her experience with Premier and highly recommended using their services. The toughest part of the treatment is coming to its end, and I'm happy we have had such a reliable partner every step of the path.

They are so helpful! They coordinate with my doctor to make sure I never have any gaps in my treatment, which is really important to me. If I ever have any questions or think of anything I need, there's a pharmacist available 24 hours a day every day of the year. Five star experience for sure!

Both of my grand kids have gotten meds with Premier... each time they were very careful and accurate. The doctor prescribed tablets for my 3 year old grand daughter who cannot swallow pills. They were able to ask MD to change to liquid and got the med to us on time. Prices were reasonable and did not overcharge. Happy with their services. Will continue to use them. They offer timely delivery of meds. Recommend!

I have been pleasantly surprised by Premier Pharmacy! They're so nice - every month I get a check in ensuring that my refills are coming up. They've handled every change in my prescription flawlessly, there's never been any confusion. They've certainly earned my recommendation.

I can confidently state that their staff is well-trained to deal with the most challenging situations. Their pharmacists have extensive experience, so I can count on them when it comes to my health and treatment. They ask all of the needed questions and check twice to make sure I receive the medications I really need.

A very caring attitude and high professionalism. They provided a thorough counseling to help me understand the specifics of my treatment and the use of my medications. They regularly follow up to make sure I stick to my schedule and the treatment is effective. I've been using the local courier's services, too.

Heather is great if you're lucky enough to have her work woth you. She takes very good care of me, and when I've been needy she's been patient and accommodating. I've used several pharmacies over the years, and Premier is probably one of the best.

Marva and all of the wonderful people that are working their. They hands-down the best! I cannot emphasize how lucky I am to have found Premier Pharmacy Service through my primary doctor referral. I have been an extremely satisfied client here for over 3 years. Every month I get a reminder call from Marva to go over every medications to make sure it is still current. If Marva is not available then her assistant Eric is available. They are the dynamic duo. I have a very demanding list of prescriptions and they always have it ready every month. They also work with my schedule to have the medications delivered to my house. It is that kind of personal service that I am so appreciative.

Occasionally my insurance would deny my newly prescribed medication. Marva would spring into action and personally call my insurance company, filled out the necessary paperwork to get it approved. She would also work with my doctors to find an alternative formulation that would be cover. Her end goal is for her patients to get the medications they needed. She is not just and pharmacist but an advocate for her patients. There are many time that I thought that I really can afford a certan medication that CVS told me that my insurance do not cover. I called Marva and have it transfer. Voila just like that, it got approved, and deliver that same day, Once again I am so appreciative of Marva, Eric, and her team.

I credit my continue success recovery to the team doctors, Marva, and her staff. I can go on and on and on about how great Marva and Eric are but I don't want Marva and Eric think I'm obsessed with them (secretly I am lol). In all seriousness I am would not be where I am with my health without Marva help. I am truly blessed to have her in my life!

This company is amazing. My prescription was transferred to CVS specialty pharmacy because my insurance contracts with them. CVS told me that my medication was going to cost me out of pocket $7800. (WTF). I spoke with my doctor she told me that is not true there are prescription copay assistance programs. When I called CVS back and told them they said we don’t do that you have to contact the manufacturer. I told them to forget it that I told them to forget it that I would have priemier pharmacy handle my prescription. I called back to premier. Once on the phone with Daniella she told me we handle all of that for you. She transferred me to a prescription copay assistantance specialist. She took my information and called me back within 5 minutes with an answer. I would not be paying close to $8000 for my medication my out of pocket cost is going to be just $5.00, CVS is everything that is wrong with the health care industry.

Definitely recommend Premier Pharmacy Services! I had the most difficult time finding a specific brand of medication for my grandma. I called over 10 pharmacies who either told me they were unable to assist or made it seem like it was a hassle to help me out. But not Premier. They were able to fulfill my request with no hesitation and they were also able to get it to us the next day!

I used to go to my local CVS to get my meds but there was no doubt that i'd switch over to Premier after that experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I always receive my meds on time! Can't ask for a better pharmacy.

PPM is simply great. They helped me find the right resources and apply for financial assistance. Even with my insurance coverage, my treatment is still costly, so I wouldn't be able to receive the care I need without the financial aid I have now. Thank you for all of the good you have done!

Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy after using Walgreens and CVS for years. The staff are not only amazing to talk to over the phone, they’re great about calling ahead of refills to ensure I’m restocked prior to running out and they’ve been super accommodating with deliveries whether it’s around my work schedule or delivering to another address if I’m out of town and forgot I had a refill coming up.
