I enjoy going to New Era Dry Cleaners because the staff specifically Susan, the attendant is very friendly, polite and always very professional. I have been a client at this dry cleaners for quite some time, a couple of years to be honest. I have never had any troubles with any of the items I have brought to this location. If the staff think some items might stain or bleed out color they let you know ahead of time. If anyone is looking to dry clean any expensive garments or any other items like embroidered pillow cases, blankets this is the place to go to! Also ultrafiltration is very good too.

We have been going to Susan for years!! This is THE BEST cleaners in Glendale. We moved and still come to Glendale to go here. Same day service! Drop off in the morning before 9 and pick up at 5pm! Anytime a stain doesn’t come out Susan tries so hard to make sure tries everything! Super reasonable prices and the best quality!!

I have been going to this dry cleaner for years as I always like to support local businesses. Besides dry cleaning, the owner has done alterations and repairs on my clothes several times. I recently brought in a football jersey to have the name plate on the back removed which she did. I had a new one made and brought it in to have it sewn back on. As always, I prepaid for any work that the business does for me. When I picked it up, I didn't really look carefully but thanked her and left. When I went to wrap the jersey the next day, I noticed that the name plate was off-center to the left by almost two inches. I returned and asked her why she didn't center it as it was originally done. She just got mad and said I didn't understand. What?!? Understand WHAT? I told her even though it was her fault and responsibility that I would pay her again to do it right. She just wouldn't say anything but "you don't understand".I was beginning to get angry so I told her fine, I 'll go across the street to Regal Cleaners but would never come back. Regal did the work in 3 hours and did it right the first time. I refuse to support a business that will not accept responsibility so I won't be back.

Very poor service and my white shirt came back with new stains and smudges!! Honestly, how bad does a place have to be to make a shirt dirtier after the cleaning. AVOID.
