I had the most amazing experience today. I made a mistake in the drive-thru and missed the spot where you usually place your order. But when I got to the window, I asked the young lady if I could still place my order. She kindly asked them and they said I could. I told her I was going to go out of the line and come inside to get my order, so I wouldn't hold up the line for others. Since it's raining, I waited in my car to give them enough time to prepare my order. To our surprise, they brought it to our car. Thank you so much, I really appreciated it.

The drive-thru is convenient when You don't want to go get out of your car. But expect to wait for a while, it's a small venue so the like gets longer and it goes off the stree. Prices are fair and the drinks ate delicious.

It’s horrible to get into the drive thru due to small amount of room plus it’s off a busy street. I waited about 5 minutes to get into the drive thru. Service was great and I love the drinks. Tierra Mia is always a go to when I visit LA

I have to say, I only leave reviews if the place is exceptional to me. My girlfriend & I drive from the westside on Saturday mornings just for this coffee and it’s such an enjoyable treat. She orders the horchata cold brew, myself a regular coffee but it’s soo tasty with the perfect amount of caffeine. We’re both coffee lovers so there you go! The ladies who work there are nice as well

Ive been coming to Tierra Mia since I was a teenager, when it was just the location in South Gate, but stopped when the service became less than satisfactory at certain locations. Since this location opened I decided to give them another shot and am rarely disappointed. It’s hard finding a local coffee shop that’s open until midnight for us night owls. When it’s not too busy, the ambiance is great for reading and the music is definitely a vibe! Love coming here for our late night cafecito, matcha, and muffins. Be warned, their tres leches muffins are very popular so they tend to be out towards the end of the night which is understandable. Also, there is very limited parking inside the lot, only one lane so it’s hard to get to, however there is plenty of street parking to go around!

These are pictures of their drive-through menu!
I didn’t see any pictures on any other reviews so I thought I would go ahead and post it for everyone to see because this place is absolutely delicious!!! And I am so happy they’re new or Locations Have Drive Throughs! For me there Horchata Frappuccinos are the star of the show!!

I like this new location because it's not crazy packed like other Tierra Mia Drive-Thru's.

I've been here about 3 times since they opened this branch and I like it so far. No bad experiences, staff is nice, I was offered pup cups when they saw my dogs in the backseat once, and drive-thru line doesn't take as long as the other branches.

The employees are quick to help! Some feel very welcoming. It’s a nice set to have near home. I was surprised to see they popped out of nowhere. It’s nice to see it’s a new setting. The lavender and dulce de leche are not too bad. You have about 2 ways of entering plus the drive thru. It a bit small compared to the one in pacific blv but it’s a nice comfy place.

I’ve been going to the Pacific and Atlantic locations for close to 10 years and have loved every visit and drink I’ve received, the only issue was the lack of a drive-thru. Both locations have annoying parking and what could be a 5 min visit ends up being close to 20, so I was excited when I heard a new location was opening that is not only closer but has a drive-thru! The quality is consistent as the other locations, so my items were excellent as always. This honestly one of the best decisions Tierra Mia has made… now how about they make an app with rewards? Lmao

Coffee is delicious, and service is good. But parking is very limited. If you wish to park, you have to wait in the drive-thru line. To get out is the same thing. That's the o ly inconvenience.

Went inside instead of thru drive thru much faster. It's a cute coffee shop. The tres leches cupcake was delicious along with their horchata frappe a nice way to beat this heat.

I have an issue with people who leave reviews solely based on issues THEY can personally avoid and I'm going to discuss this in this review.

As for my experience, I went yesterday, Sunday, July 24, 2022 at around 6:03pm, walked into the shop, and ordered the Mazapan Frappe. I had my drink in less than 5 minutes, even though I took a few seconds to make up my mind, but that's ok. That's why people go inside the shop: TO TAKE THEIR TIME IN ORDERING. I have to say it was even more delicious than the Horchata Frappe. I understand that the Horchata Frappe is the most popular item, but I honestly will order the Mazapan Frappe over it from now on.

Now, changing the subject. The first reviewer I have an issue with is Mia Cee, which left a very negative review based on her experience in the drive-thru. Mia, if it's your first time coming to Tierra Mia, DON'T go through the drive-thru! No one has time to wait for you in a drive-thru which is SPECIFICALLY MADE for people that don't have time to park their cars and wait inside the coffee shop! Obviously, this woman had plenty of time to sit inside the shop if she was willing to have the drive-thru employees explain the menu options. Of course they're pressured to take your order and move you along the line! That's what that line is meant for!

The second reviewer I have an issue with is Bernardo Lopez. I have an issue with people that get upset that the young employees know very little Spanish. Hello! The menu is partially in English, the application they filled out to get hired was in English, the education in the school system is given in English, the traffic signs are in English, and even the meetings at City Hall are in English! Why should those employees bend over to your demands just because you don't want to learn the only language they know and understand?! How about you make an effort in learning how to speak with them in their language, since you've been a resident of California for a decade or two?? It's irritating when people feel like they have some sort of right to dictate which language some hard working young man or woman should speak just because the customer can't understand it.

Lastly, I just want to say I'm not an employee of the Tierra Mia franchise but I am a resident of the city of Huntington Park. I feel like I need to give some credit to this establishment, since they're giving some pretty excellent service to its customers, given the fact that they opened up recently and I don't think they need all the negative reviews for such damn good service. And if they ever read this review, I would like to tell them to ignore those customers that love to complain over such childish matters. All of you have a really good thing going there and I hope that your business thrives in this area!

Went on the drive thru and the service was good, could be better since it did take awhile to get the order and when we got the order they said they didnt have one item we requested, which was a big letdown... if only they said it in when we ordered.
