For denied doctor visits
I have these doctors since 2012
Now they are telling me I don't need my doctor.
Idiots work for this company
My stress level is way up .
I'm gonna hire an attorney
And Sue them if something happens
To me while I'm waiting for my heart
Surgery that I've been waiting since Feb 2019.
And my hernia doctor that they referred me to
Installed deffective mesh .
Now I have mesh issues for the rest of my life
And the doctor told me to live with the pain.
Save yourself don't do business with this company

The level of incompetence at this company is astronomical. Since January, me and the opthamologist office have been trying to get me referred to a cornea specialist. It still hasn’t happened. The opthamologist actually apologized for my inconvenience because Accountable IPA doesn’t know what they are doing. I call and they tell me that the doctor has to refer me. But the doctor has. And then they say “okay we have a doctor for you”. It’s an opthamologist, but I need to see a cornea specialist. I already have a referral for an opthamologist. Why have they sent me 7 referrals to see a doctor I’ve seen already. This cannot be reality. Then if you tell them, they hang up in your face. Refuse to let you speak to their managers. It’s sad what poor people have to be subjected to. Subpar health care access. If I go blind it will be because of them. So sad

Run far away. They have no oncall dr for adults and office waits are crazy long and they just treat you like an inconvenience instead of a human being
