El Zarape Michoacano

Maybe the food tasted extra delicious because I'm 8 months pregnant. Either way, the best morisqueta and enchiladas. I wish they had the guilota to accompany them!! Service was exceptional.

Our experience at this place first time was exelent, the food is delicious the service outstanding Maria the person who took my order and her coworker was so kind and professionals, we order enchiladas made with potato and carne asada and cecina OMG so delicious .thank you El zarape michoacano And crew

As close to homemade as you can get in the Commerce/Bell Gardens area. Food is delicious, hand made and the people are super sweet. A little pricey, but the quality, the service and the flavor is worth the price. The quesadilla de nopales con Chile rojo on a handmade tortilla is by far one of the best I’ve ever had! It’s definitely a gem of a restaurant in our area.

Man , this was the best place for carne asada plate :( gonna miss their food. All those taco stand nearby aren’t even good but people still go… best taco stands are in East LA…

Really glad we happen to drive by this place! So much traffic on our way home made us take a detour and we had the munchies.
Super Nachos & agua de pepino were so delicious and fresh tasting😍

Restaurant is a bit outdated but they keep it clean and make it up by great food, ingredients, and friendly service. Everything tastes fresh and they don't skimp out on cheap cheese too. Best sopes and huaraches I've had.

Very delicious food! We ordered some sopes, tacos, and huaraches, they were all well done and seasoned. Each sope was big and had enough meat.

I loved it! It was my first time, stopped by to try the birria and it was amazing. The staff there are so welcoming you feel like you're with family. That is definitely the spot I will be hitting every time I get craving for birria.

So I was working around the area, a couple years back, and I got invited to this place. Until this day, I thank my buddy who brought me here. The place was really clean. The lady in the counter made it feel that I was talking with my tia or someone from the family( but the tia that gets down at cooking, if you're Hispanic, you know what I mean) plus they have the habanero salsa, but you have to ask for it because they don't have it available unless requested. Make sure you ask for it, you won't be disappointed if you're into spicy food. Speaking of, one word, authentic! Taste like my tia made it for me. That's all I have to say.

I had the Verde Mojado Burrito and it was excellent. Went with a group of 7 and we sat outside in the middle of the day, everyone's food was great and the workers were eager to please. A+, would visit again, certainly worth checking out if you're in the area.

I loved this place! It's very authentic and original recipe food I truly felt like I was in my homeland Michoacán, they are very friendly and good customer service real Mexican hospitality. I will be coming back very soon!

Really good overall. Nothing short of a traditional Mexican food Stand in California. I am from Texas and Mexican food is very different in all of the U.S of A but Cali food is quite known for it's rice included inside the burritos.
I really enjoyed the carne asada burrito sauce on the side and the asada Huarache with a Pepino Agua Fresca, Prices are okay not too shabby there and food quality was really good 5 stars to this little hidden Gem.
