Absolutely love this company. Our jerseys look awesome and feel great as well as the price is extremely competitive. It is a pleasure to work with Bill to get exactly what want to be done. The guys on my team wear our jerseys in many tournaments with and without each other and are often complimented on just how good they look. I highly recommend getting jerseys as well as other products from Smack!

We have used various uniform companies in the past few years. Smack is the first one we will be using again. We pride ourselves on "cool" looking uniforms. I'm more happy with the customer service I received from Bill. As every Club Director knows, there will be issues when it comes to uniforms. Working with Bill made all of those issues lesser. He understands when issues arise and does everything he can to create a solution to the problem. We currently have them working on some "custom" jerseys and I can't wait to see how they turn out! I highly recommend Smack Sportswear!

They helped me out even though I wasn’t a paying customer. I brought in a USC football jersey where one of the logo heat seal detached. They gladly heat pressed it back on no questions asked! I believe this says a lot of their business model and if I ever have any needs, I will be sure to return and contribute to their business.

Stop sending apology emails with promises you can't keep! Bad service (no service) and still have not received products ordered 2+ months ago!

The company hasn't answered any requests for service that I have sent. Still waiting for spiritwear that was ordered 12/3/2019 with an original promise to deliver by Christmas. An email came 12/19/2019 staying that there may be a delay and it MIGHT not arrive before Christmas. I sent emails starting in mid January requesting information first then just asking for my order to be cancelled. I haven't had any response to this.

I did get an email on Monday telling me to be ready for a tracking number and I should have my order by the end of the week or weekend. Unlikely since I still don't have even a tracking number. And only 2 days away from yet another promised delivery date. Please! I just want my order cancelled!

Placed an order on Dec. 30, 2019. Here it is Feb. 23, 2020 and still have not received the order. Contacted the company with no response. Finally, messaged them on Facebook and I was given a tracking number (that was created the day I contacted them) and a delivery day of Saturday, Feb. 22. Still. No. Order. Horrible experience for our club, coaches and players from this unreliable company who clearly lacks in basic customer service 101 skills.

UPDATE: FINALLY received my order on 2/24 however, it was incomplete. Ridiculous

Stay away. If I could rate 0 stars I would! They have poor customer service and are very unprofessional especially Geoffrey! They do not admit to their mistakes on orders and blame you for them and expect you to pay the full order. Even when the order was incorrect/ or missing items etc shorts and or jerseys. Beware of this companies poor customer service. They would rather take the time and cuss you out and verbally abuse you than resolve the problem they created with your order.

Our club volleyball team went with Smack this year. All the orders are late after being guaranteed in for Christmas. Unacceptable. I’d advise any team to choose a different supplier. I’d give zero stars if I could.

STILL waiting on an order promised for Christmas. Was told 12/31/19 all orders would ship within a week. Was told 1-10-20 it had shipped and to wait a "few more days" ...still nothing on 1-16-20! Wish I could give zero stars.

Never received product / refund or follow up from order. Do not use this site.
