Service was excellent! Miguel went above and beyond. Went to three other stores and none of them took their time to help me. Miguel was patient and got my problem fixed in less than a minute. Totally satisfied with this location

I purchased a second iPhone 15 for a business from Joel Torres. He is always genuinely kind-hearted and so supportive. I am not a tech survey about smartphones, so he did all the setup for me and taught me some vital essential instructions. He is always there for me when I have questions. He is why I stay with AT&T. I highly recommend consulting with him if anyone needs a smartphone. He is the bible of cutting-edge smartphones. Thank you so very much for all wonderful guidance and support, Joel.

Came here on Friday at 330 to upgrade both our phones. They had a long wait ahead of us but we didn’t mind. We had Andrew help us in upgrading. We both had the xs and upgraded to 15 pro . Andrew was funny he cracked jokes and showed me what was new with the 15 compared to my xs. He was super helpful. He even asked if we don’t have time we can just get right to it but we weren’t in any rush . He really tried to sell everything that AT&T had but we kept declining poor Andrew tried so hard ! But didn’t felt pushed it was more of a funny thing. Thanks again Andrew !

I arrived at this Torrance,Ca store on a Tuesday night a few minutes prior to closing not knowing that they were closing at 8pm. Manuel offered to assist me immediately and there was another associate helping others already. I knew exactly the accessories that I was there to buy but the sales associate, Manuel, was extremely instrumental in helping me find them and never once rushed me or acted upset that I was keeping him from getting out of there. Manuel is a great employee who is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and is the ultimate professional who is genuinely willing to help AT&T's customers get their needs met and going above and beyond to do this! I HIGHLY recommend this location, not only is this location WELL STOCKED, but the staff is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful!

Believe the guys name was Jose, he was super easy to deal with. He was straight forward (I don't say that about places like this kind of business often) and got my wife what we needed. Got a new phone, accessories, and had all the data transferred to the new phone in less than an hour.

I went to the Torrance ATT office and switched my cable and cell phone company to ATT . The rep Beatriz was extremely helpful and explained everything to me . She was so patient and knowledgeable . I appreciate her because she took the time to assist. This was a big move for my family . She’s a great example of an amazing employee . Thanks for caring about the customer 😊

Needed a charger as my older Samsung stopped charging though the port. 5hey got me in and out really quickly.

Daisy did an outstanding job assisting my family and I. She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She restored my trust in At&t again after my bad experience with the Crenshaw store with a manager named Merza. In my opinion she deserves to have her managment position revoked.

Took care of a Samsung phone upgrade w/ trade in and get two additional Galaxy watches for only a few bucks. Got a great discount on a screen protector and OtterBox case and they installed it.

This is the 1st time in a long time that I was treated like a costumer even tho I have been with At&t since 2005. The representative who help me Nick had top notch people skills and was a very nice sales person and I'm happy that At&t are recognizing all of us First Response workers for the stressful hard work we do.

This store is where I do business for upgrades. I did go to the one on wilshire and Western where I did get excellent customer service, but there's nothing like this store on a 182nd and Hawthorne. Josue, who helped us as soon as we walked through the door. It was time for an upgrade for my daughter. Josue gave excellent customer service. He didn't mind repeating to make sure we had clarity. Thanks again AT&T and Josue. I did feel like I was the best part of AT&T. 😁

I had the best experience at this store, and a lot of support from the staff. Stephanie was extremely helpful after my purse was stolen with my phone and wallet in it. It was a huge relief to have compassionate and caring people to help guide me through the process. I can not recommend this store and company enough. A huge thanks to Stephanie and the whole staff. They work diligently, quickly, and above all else safely in these trying times.

After a few days and few visits at my more familiar AT&T stores (that I’ve been going to for years); there was conundrum regarding my account. The issue could not be resolved. I decided to visit an AT&T location near my new place of employment. Low and behold, Andrew took care of everything, even cleaned up my account and overall, the monthly outlook is much better. Let’s just say that this is my new home AT&T, even if it’s an hour away from home.
Update 8-26-2021: So I have finally returned. I’ll be honest, I first looked for the agent from my previous visit, just because for me it’s a respect thing I guess. But no worries, this location is elite. I had to take care of a couple issues that were hovering over my head for some time now. I made sure to be patient and visit this location because I trust this store. Still near my job, still an hour drive from home, but still well worth it. A great thank you to Nate! He took care of my issues, answered all my questions, and I left the store as a fully satisfied guest.

Brandon at the Hawthorne AT&T is the person to help you. He greeted me immediately with enthusiasm and a friendly manner. He was very patient and exceeded my expectations, completely opposite of my former cell phone company.

Andrew was amazing! Quick and offered amazing deals! Was expecting to be here an hour and come out spending much More, but got a $1 a month deal and was in and out under 30 min and with a toddler! Great experience

I had a great experience at this ATT location. Nate helped me with opening up a family plan, upgrading and trading in my old phone, setting up plans for each individually line. He was patient and made sure I understand everything before leaving the store.

I came into the store a couple days ago, Marilyn helped me out. She was very welcoming from the beginning ! She introduced herself with a big smile on her face, which frankly I’m not used to. Other stores always seem angry when I walk in. I came in for an upgrade, which she did in a timely manner... I thought it was going to take all day like a car dealership . She also helped me pick out a good case, And screen protector and she even put it on for me. She also kept me engaged throughout the transaction with good conversation . I will definitely be coming back and only requesting to see Marilyn!

The representative was truly awesome, he took notice of us and attended to us right away. I needed names changed on caller id and it was done immediately. You can't beat good customer service. We will back to get an iPad. Thank you again (forgot his name).

After enjoying a 2 day get away, it was back to reality. Part of that reality was a visit to the AT&T store (South Bay).

Upon entering...I was greeted immediately by an AT&T employee. I address all my questions and concerns in regards to my account. Within 10 minutes...concerns were resolved.

Unfortunately, I did not get employee name. I will say that she was welcoming upon entering, professional and really listen to what I had to say about my account.

My experience at AT&T (South Bay) was on point.
