Nice place, so relaxing! The kids enjoyed playing in the playground area!!

Dog friendly, always clean and people are friendly. I love how they sometimes have events. Great park to bring the whole family and pet.

This park is a beacon in the neighborhood! I played little league baseball ⚾ here back in 1973 to 1979 as a kid, and it’s a newly renovated facility that’s looks great very clean, and is ran great by nice folks! Back in the days, Melvin and Maurice was a facilitator and umpire/coach , Victor was my coach of the Reds, Saints. Mr. Jones the Eagles 🦅 Mr. Griffith and his son’s Darnell and Carnell the Pirates 🏴‍☠ we had so many teams back then. Great place for a Bbq, baseball,basketball, swimming pool(summer) and meetings, great for the little kids, new modern swings and slides. Just a gem 💎 in our neighborhood!!!

Nice park in the community is has had a makeover that has made a huge difference. It's clean, safe and not full of thugs hanging around. My daughter has played T-Ball there for 2 years they have parks after dark with free Jazz concerts and movies. Very nice place to visit with your children.

This park is undeniably the best park in Gardena it's family-friendly has plenty of stuff for the kids to play with workout equipment, basketball court, soccer field, baseball field. snacks after school, clean bathroom with a very nice janitor the staff inside the Rec Center which is attached to the park are genuine and humble! Recommend 100%

Lovely park. Very inviting for singles, friends and families. I do think the gated playground should be lighter a bit more even though the park closes shortly after "barely dark!" At least as much as the basketball court. Main event for me is to be able to walk the trail 4 times = 2 mile! Yaaay! Love the Lucky 1 FREE exercise offered M-F 8:45 to 9:45 and Sat. 9-10 all in am with Coach Lucky. Helen Keller Park is Truly a Community Park.

I have appointment to get the covid-19 test at the Helen Keller Park it was fast it was not inconvenient, there was parking, walk right up with my appointment i was in and out. the Park were beautiful and clean I might just take my grandkids there someday.

This park is a great place to bring your children oftentimes there are Park staff on the playground monitoring the children there's activities on the weekend which include a free exercise time and structured play for the children the basketball courts are nice and a lot of the children in the community play at that Park and seem to get along really well and play well with others is bathrooms at this park they are well maintained warm running water good to wash the kiddos up after playing parking in the front lot can be a little difficult at times but there is a parking lot that is behind the baseball field that has plenty of parking this park has WiFi as well as the computer area and lots of activities for the kids

Been going to this park since the mid sixties. Lots of changes. Some good. Some not. It will be good to see families and their children come back to enjoy the park the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

I so far like the park don’t like that the pool is open for two hour but hey that alright! Lol kids had a blast and so did I

We love the family friendly park and that the police constantly monitor the park it makes us feel safe!! There's nothing better than a peace of mind and this park has it!!! I reccomend this facility to any family or anyone!

Clean. Peaceful. Families enjoying park too. Plenty of play area for kids. Regular security patrols by LAC Sheriff. Feels safe!

It was fun 😉 it was this spinning thing that u go on and u spin very fast and I got dizzy but it was fun and we saw people playing basketball and there is a swimming pool and it is cool so I think u guys should come to this park cause u will have a great time see u all there bye 😁

Great park for kids....saturdays its empty until about 3pm. Safe and clean. Many new contraptions, baseball diamond, basketball courts and even a pool.

Great place to workout. It has the parkside location that has workout equipment. There is a track that is great for running. This park also have a baseball/ softball field. This place is family oriented park.

A clean peaceful atmosphere love to walk and exercise there they also have free exercise classes in the morning at 8:45 to 9:45 the trainer mr. Smith is great
