Mr. Bob and his amazing team are excellent at what they do. They are very courteous, reliable, and respectful. The customer service is outstanding. They stock most medications or can get it in a shorter time with competitive or lower pricing. I still go to them after switching doctors closer to my house.

Sunny Bay offers the best personal service I have ever received from a pharmacy. As a regular customer, they anticipate my need for refills so it is ready when I need them. Bob and Craig are especially helpful.

Excellent customer service! I was looking for an over the counter item (finger splint) that was not available at any of the previous pharmacies I had visited. I even tried large Big-name chains with no luck. The female clerk was so helpful and was able to order my item and have it available the next day. She even called to let me know it had arrived on time. Price was very reasonable.

Convenient and Friendly

I have to share my terrible experience. I used to think they were great and a good pharmacy. She used to be kind and respectful towards me when I was picking up medications for my son. I had some of my prescriptions transferred to Sunny Bay because my medications were available. I apologize, I don’t know her name but the girl in the office was so rude towards me. I’m disabled and in a walker. I was in a bad injury now have rods and spacer in my spine which failed. Then, I had 4 ischemic strokes. That girl always gave me such a hard time. I had to tell her to pls enter a coupon code that you have to enter manually every month. It’s not automatic that way it lowers the cost of my medication. First she tells me it’s expired. I told her I just got it and it’s good for one year. She said well it’s no longer working. I told her to please look again because these are the correct numbers you need to enter. Then all of a sudden it worked after giving me such a hard time. She caused me so much stress having to try to make her understand that she is wrong. It caused a big line behind me which was so disappointing. I felt bad for the other patients waiting behind when she was continuously telling me that I was wrong. In fact, I was right all along. A patient that was behind me asked me, why was she so rude? I answered and said, I don’t know. I’ve been telling her the same thing every month for so many months. If she would just enter it correctly it would be approved without a problem.

Then, I had to tell her about a different medication. I told her with my insurance it covers a 3 month supply. My doctor always sends a 3 month supply. She said it’s not working and that my insurance accepts a 1 month supply. Again, she has to argue with me when I know what is approved through my insurance. She told me well not here. She is so rude and unprofessional probably only to me. I don’t know why she would treat me this way unless she’s just an unhappy person. I hate to say she looks like a miserable person. After all the stress she caused was unnecessary and unacceptable! If she would just believe me. I went back to CVS in Arcadia and approved my 3 month supply and entered the coupon code on the other medication for the year and was approved without a problem. That girl doesn’t know all the medical conditions I have besides what I shared but she didn’t care.

I worked in the medical field for 20 years before I became a patient myself. Having all the medical problems I have I’m still grateful and happy I’m here. I was never rude to any patients or to her. I know that patients come in with different medical conditions and you have to treat every patient the same. Always treat patients with respect and professionalism. I hope this teaches you that you should treat every patient the same and not assume the patient is wrong only because I’m disabled.
