Robert Silva and his team helped me and my husband purchase an investment property. He was professional and made sure I understood what we were doing every step of the way. I appreciated that he contacted me regularly and looked for the best rate for our purchase. He informed me of next steps and alerted me of what I needed to get done. Robert and Andrew worked day and night for my brother and I to get all the paperwork completed and submitted on time. Between me working full time and going to school full-time, and my brother working 12 hours shifts, Robert helped us with scheduling all inspections, appraisal, and home insurance quotes by their deadlines. They were there every step of the way and were very informative on what options we had to get the best deal, including negotiating a credit for closing costs and an additional credit for repairs. Working with Robert and Andrew in the financing of this property was such a pleasure. There is no such thing as a "Smooth Escrow" Robert and Andrew tackle every hurdle we had in such a professional way. The EMD, closing costs and down-payment for the buyer was a gift, Robert helped me tremendously in explaining to the Listing Agent how he was going to work the funds with the buyers relative so we can close in a timely manner, but Robert and Andrew worked so diligently we closed 4 days early.
