It's like hanging out with your homeboys while getting the workday done efficiently. They're there to help if you need but they're not in your face. Everything is real.
Most important they have everything you need to get the job done.

Looking for one item for over a year part was a simple plastic tubing every store wanted to sell you the whole package all I wanted was a 50 cent tubing.
