Everything is good but sometimes if you call and makes you wait be ready to wait for 10 minutes or just hang up and call again.

Avoid unless you absolutely cannot find any place else. There are 100% other low cost clinics that are 1000% better quality.
My “appointment” happened in a room which either storage, or had a disgraceful amount of storage in it.
Over the course of two hours, literally no one was around. I had to walk down the halls and ask for someone to take my urine sample. Then, they take me to a room which is clearly also used for storage (see photos).
Finally, when the appointment time came, I never even saw the doctor! The nurse had me remind her why I was there (although she’d just taken all that information during intake). The nurse would ask me a question, then run over to Dr.Fernandez’s office for a response, then return 5 minutes later with the doctors response. This happened several times, until I demanded to see the doctor. After two hours, I never did. I walked out and literally no one saw me because no one was around.

Awful service, the front desk girls are too busy talking about how many shots of Don Julio they took over the weekend to actually do any work. When I finally got seen by Dr. Fernandez, I hadn't even gotten a word out, no Hi or Hello. She flat out told me I shouldn't even be in her office until I take my prescribed steroid meds for my asthma. When she finally gave me a chance to speak, I told her I needed a breathing treatment immediately and I had called beforehand to make sure her office could provide one, she denied it. (The office girl that had taken my call was probably still drunk from their crazyy weekend to give accurate info) When I asked her to prescribe me a nebulizer or refer me to a doctor that could help me she incredulously shouted "no!" Such a weird/ bizarre experience at this office. I hope this review saves someone else some time. Super unprofessional and useless staff.

Unprofessional and I've been going there for almost all my life. They'll have you waiting for a long time to not even get helped at all
