Went in for a much needed pair of shoes and was immediately greeted by Jonah. I wound up buying two pairs of shoes. A pair of Hoka One Bondi 7,s and a pair of Hoka Rincon 2,s. The salesman Jonah did an outstanding job helping me. I'm going to be back very soon for a third pair soon.

I stopped by this store a few days ago looking for some walking/jogging shoes. I was helped out by Christian who helped me get an size scan for the shoes and even brought out 3 different pairs in slightly different sizes for me to find my most comfortable fit.
Unfortunately they didn't have anything in my size since my size happens to be fairly uncommon and usually special order. Even then Christian went above and beyond and called a sister store a few miles down and was able to find a pair for me there and put it on hold.
If anyone is looking for some new running/walking/jogging shoes and wants an experience and fit that is the most accurate to you I'd definitely recommend Runners High over any run of the mill Adidas or Nike.

On 8/1/23 I had went to my foot doctor with pain in both feet and ankles he gave me injections in both and wrapped both feet, he gave me a list of shoe places I chose this store and as soon as I got into the store I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Patrick he was so professional and he picked me out the Best shoe to purchase they felt so comfortable I almost cried. I’ve been disabled since 2013. And Thanks to God I’m walking again.. So I recommend you go see Patrick

I went here today to buy some much needed new running shoes and walking shoes for work; I ended up buying a total of three pairs, one for running and two for work.

Cody was very attentive, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well. He took his time with everything and ensured he answered all my questions and concerns.

Suffer from plantar fasciitis working in medical field and I can’t recommend coming here ENOUGH. Cody was a tremendous help in selecting the best shoes for me. Priscilla was soooo patient with me regardless of my many many questions. She made us feel so comfortable and was not making us feel rushed with anything. This was my very first time going to a running shoe store and was so overwhelmed by her kindness and non judgmental attitude that I started to cry because sometimes people can be very judgmental when you are on a journey to lose weight and maybe not in the best shape but she was none of that and I can't thank her enough. I have fat wide feet . Mainly cuz I’m fat lol . I can’t really go to the outlets near me cuz they usually only narrow shoes or not any wide shoes in the styles I’m looking for. I came here. Used the fit station . Got my results. I was given 3 shoes to choose from that BEST fit my foot. Wow all right on the money. I landed on the Arahi 5’s . 2E for extra wide . I’m 5’7 , 250 lbs and these worked wonders for my first run. Happy to have a shoe that makes it actually motivating to run rather worrying about having sore feet the next couple days

The staff was great! The product selection was solid as well! One thing about this store is how helpful the staff are. I'll be back when I'm ready to upgrade my shoes :)

High quality has never felt so good as when it comes to Runners High tennis shoes. Your foot will thank you. Skimp on some things, I don't know, eat beans instead of of steak one of these days but never skimp on footwear.
