Nordstrom Rack

I ordered a Prada shoes went to Nordstrom to pick it up it was very easy process I enjoyed being there.

Nordstrom rack has the same great brands. You’ve come to expect from the high-end retail store Nordstrom. Good items at Nordstrom rack tend to be the ones from last season that are still in brand new condition and a significant discount. If you want Nordstrom quality but want to save money. Nordstrom rack is the place to go.
Nordstrom rack locations tend to be in outlet malls with plenty of parking and a good selection. If you want to stay on a budget stop by Nordstrom rack today. They have really good collections.

Went for men's cologne. Not able to smell products, but the guy working had a lot of knowledge on the products and recommended 2. Opened right as we left the store to smell. You know, in case we needed to return. They smelled amazing. Great customer service.

Honestly, I love this place. So organized and clean. I like checking out their sterling silver, their bags, shoes, etc.
Their fitting rooms are so kept up and beautiful. The employees are sweet. What else can I say? You need something or want to get a gift this is the spot.

Always end up leaving with something from this location! The shoe section always has great finds from trusted brands with reasonable prices.

This store was organized and the customer service was super good. I was there visiting there town. Needed to return something. The store was obviously completely together organized and relaxed. I love going to a retail store where everyone is completely relaxed and knows their job. Gives me confidence to buy more when I know they can answer my questions. I ended up purchasing. Business went smoothly and my shopping experience was great.

Today I bought 6 pairs of shoes including a pair Dr Martens. When they get shipments you can go nuts. The service clerk was very nice. I am very happy .

The Nordstrom rack in Long Beach exchange is merchandised well and has a great variety of items. It’s a large store with lots of helpful customer service helpers.

It’s a nice, relaxing place to shop

Easy success. Friendly staff, much more organized men's section than other local NRacks. Lacking on men's suits, though (limited selection). Finding men's L or XL in great brands is also limited, but it's an outlet, so it is what you get.

Found some great deals!!! Was super excited as I was doing some vacation shopping. Clean and well organized.

Shoes! Had to exchange a pair that I had ordered online, smooth exchange. YAY!
Found another pair that worked! In and out within 30 minutes.

One of my favorite stores for purchasing quality name brand shoes at discounted prices. I was able to find a great pair of Merrill Moab hiking shoes (awesome shoe for someone like myself with high arches).They even had a half size that fits perfectly. I will be visiting this store more often since they always seem to have what I need.

The staff is very nice and friendly there, I really appreciated their help and courtesy. Very helpful team, everyone down to security. They searched far and wide for a price on a Vans jacket. The whole time kept me informed great way to kick off holiday shopping. Thanks again to Amy M. For her great service.

I always hear people saying that the items here aren't really from Nordstrom flagship stores, and I think that it's probably a mixed bag. Nordstrom Rack consistently carries the Lucky Brand pants I like to wear, so I'm really not upset they were most likely never in a regular Nordstrom store. I also have on other occasions purchased very nice Cole Haan and Florsheim shoes that probably were sold sold at Nordstrom and they didn't have stock in enough sizes to continue carrying it in store.
Truthfully I don't know how items get to Nordstrom Rack, but I've been happy with the quality and price of most of the items I've purchased over the past 10 years or so that I've been shopping here and have been a more frequent customer since they opened this location so close to where I live so I don't need to travel to Costa Mesa any longer.

They were not to crowed maybe 4 minute wait in line they have a lot. good stuff to see something a little pricey then other store,s but they are brand name.

The checkout line was quick

Plenty of free parking. Store has a nice layout and is organized well. Nice selection of shoes especially. They carry up to a women's 12 which is nice. I like that there are staff throughout the store to assist if needed and they wear green shirts to make them easily noticeable. I will shop here again. I also like that they have a mini checkout for quick purchases to keep the lines short. Can't wait to see what's in stock for Christmas.

Excellent store. This NRack is in a grear location in lakewood bear Lbch Airport. Good customer service. Downsides are parking is lacking and store is often very busy. I assume bc they are in a grear local. Definitely recommend. 👍

This store is always busy, but considering its it's the Saturdaybefore Christmas, it wasn't so bad! The store was not messy, the customers were pleasant and courteous and the line was moving along quickly. My best experience here was the fact that someone actually turned in my phone after I left it in the ladies room! I will definitely continue shopping at this location!
