I had a clogged toilet today (Saturday) that I couldn't plunge out myself so I called them. Someone answered immediately and had a plumber at my house in leas than an hour! They assessed the situation thoroughly and began to unclog. They explained step by step and had me up and running quickly. I've dealt with other plumbers before but not like Daniel Cordova plumbing. The charge was very reasonable for the fact that it was a Saturday evening. I am definitely going to use them in the future!

From start to finish this company is outstanding in every way! Dee Dee, the office assistant, was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way! Rick came out and installed 2 new toilets and converted a shower valve from a 2 handle hot and cold knobs to a single one, he was professional, friendly and courteous! He arrived on time and completed everything in a timely manner, he also did a wonderful job in cleaning everything up! I called and explained my situation and it was analyzed over the phone accurately, Daniel knew exactly what the problem was. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue and provided a quote and availability, he even made sure to get me in ASAP as the leak was causing water damage to the interior of my house. The plumbing technicians were skilled and efficient, they knew how long it would take and finished in the timeframe quoted. My main line was clogged causing both of my bathrooms to be backed up. Daniel and his team did a great job in clearing out the main line and installing a clean out. I called Daniel Cordova Plumbers because they had very good reviews and I had just cancelled an urgent plumbing job with a different plumber because of their lack of professionalism. From the moment I called Daniel Cordova Plumbing, I was treated with respect and kindness. I called on a Saturday and Rick, one of their Service Technicians, was on time, kind, understanding and NOT overbearing. He listened to me explain what my plumbing issues were and was able to explain things in a very simple way and never oversold any repairs or services that were not needed. He tackled the problem at hand and I never got the feeling that I was paying for anything I did not need. Because the job was going to be bigger to get done on a Saturday, Rick was able to leave things in working condition so I could use the plumbing until he and Ricardo came back to complete the full job. Rick and Ricardo did an amazing job redoing the draining system in my house, which still had the original system since 1948. Their work was impeccable, they were on time and went above and beyond what I contracted them to do in order to make sure everything was working perfectly. I am not gaining any perk other than the satisfaction of saying that Rick, Ricardo and Daniel Cordova Plumbing far exceeded my expectations in their service, their work, work ethick and the kindness of their personnel. I had a plumbing emergency with a water line hole on a Sunday. Water was shut to the house, and Daniel Cordova Plumbing scheduled a service call for the next day. They came when promised and estimated the job for a reasonable price along with a 3 year warranty. Work was performed with the comfort of the tenants in mind and was completed promptly.
