I have had the pleasure of working with Cynthia for the past 5 years, and I cannot express how wonderful she has been throughout the entire process. Initially, she assisted me with my residency application, and later guided me through the citizenship process. Cynthia's professionalism and kindness have truly stood out; she consistently addressed all my questions and provided invaluable support at every step.

Impressed by her expertise, I confidently recommended Cynthia to my mother for her green card application, and once again, Cynthia excelled in achieving success. Currently, she is diligently working on petitioning for my siblings on behalf of my mom. I am beyond grateful to have found such an amazing lawyer.

Cynthia is currently in the process of assisting me with obtaining residency for my father, and I have complete confidence in her abilities. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and dedication she has shown. If you are in need of an immigration lawyer, I wholeheartedly recommend Cynthia for her outstanding work and unwavering commitment to her clients.

I would give 10 stars if I could!

I did extensive research prior to choosing a representative and spoke to 5 attorneys before moving forward with Cynthia Valdez. Right from the initial 30 minute consultation, she proved to be an extremely knowledgeable attorney who truly cares for her clients. I needed representation on a case with very specific circumstances, and Cynthia really takes a detailed look at the specific circumstances of YOUR case to recommend the legal resource that is best for you. She also has proven to be continuously supportive all the way to the end, and takes the time to make herself available to answer any questions and check-in with you throughout your process.

I truly cannot recommend her enough! If you are reading this review while searching for an attorney, I urge you to call in for a consultation with her. The consultation is free (but the amount of insight you will get in those 30 minutes is priceless), and you'll be able to see for yourself what an excellent professional she is.

I highly recommend attorney Cynthia Navarro to anyone who is looking for an immigration lawyer. Our dream has finally come true after 10 long years of trying to get my father his residency. Cynthia made us feel like he wasn’t just a number to her. She was dedicated, very knowledgeable and worked very close with us in regards to his case. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!

Meeting Cynthia was one my greatest blessings in life. From the initial consultation all the way to end, she was professional, supportive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I had terrible experiences with multiple attorneys before Cynthia so I did not know what to expect at the first consultation. But for the first time ever, I felt that I could trust her to be on my side through this difficult and exhausting process. She genuinely cared for my situation and the outcome. I am now a proud permanent resident of the US and I could not have done it without her. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing immigration attorney.
Cynthia, thank you for your help and expertise! You are amazing and wonderful and I just cannot say enough great things about you!!!!!

My immigration case was a simple adjustment of status as I was already inside the United States. Many different forms were required; having Cynthia as my legal representation was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Her knowledge of immigration was high, and she gave answers to all my questions and continued to advise on what to do at every step in the highly complicated process. My case was swift, and I can promise that if I were to do this on my own, there would be so many issues along the way. I would highly recommend Cynthia as your immigration attorney if you need someone who puts your interests. First, it guides you every step of the way and prepares all the documents to perfection. Without Cynthia's help, my immigration story would have looked entirely different.

We have the BEST experience with Cynthia Valdez, she is so sweet, she got all the paperwork ready very quick and during our meetings she never rushed us, she always answered all our questions, she actually cares about her clients and is not like other lawyers who just want your money, she was always there when we contacted her, if not she would get back to us super quick. My husband and I got married a little over 2 years ago while living in Costa Rica, came back to the US to visit like other times but my husband who is a US citizen convinced me of staying this time, we tried filling out all the paperwork by ourselves but it got too complicated and we were scared to do something wrong that would later delay the process so we decided to start looking for an immigration lawyer and talked to several of them... none made us feel comfortable or like they cared. One day I saw Cynthia's office while driving nearby and decided to look her up on Google, I found tons and tons of great reviews, we ended up scheduling a free consultation with her and left her office feeling like we found our lawyer. She got everything ready within a week.
The paperwork was received a couple days later mid September 2021, biometrics appointment was a month later and the first week of February was our interview, it took only 5 months and we had no issues (at USCIS we spent like 2 hours waiting to be interviewed but our actual interview was like 15 minutes long). She was with us the whole time during the interview which was awesome to feel her support in case something went wrong. I was approved right there in the interview and got my permanent resident card for 10 years because of our 2 year marriage so I won't need to remove conditions. My green card and social security card came in the mail 1 week later.
Super happy and glad to have worked with you Cynthia, hopefully we'll see you in 3 years for my citizenship 😁🇺🇸

I highly recommend Cynthia Valdez Navarro Attorney at Law.
Cynthia made the application process so much easier and less confusing for me. She speaks both Spanish and English and she helped me to get my green card within 10 months. She always returned my calls and kept in contact, she helped me practice for the interview which calmed my nerves, and She came with me to my interview appointment. I felt safe and taken care of with Cynthia. I recommend her services to anyone who needs help with u.s immigration.

I highly recommend Cynthia, she is very knowledgable, attentive to detail and thorough with the application process. She is very easy to work with since she responds promptly, is very informative, and always took the time to answer many questions or concerns to make the process comfortable. Choosing her as my attorney was the best decision I made.

If I could put 10 stars, i would!!! Words can not describe how grateful I am that I found Cynthia. She took my case and I was so hopeless, she reassured me and worked so hard to get a positive outcome. My ex husband made my case much harder than it was supposed to be but Cynthia did everything she could to build a solid case on my behalf. I woke up this morning with my removal of condition approved by USCIS, I have been crying all day (cry of joy). Cynthia is so caring and professional, I could have never dreamed of a better lawyer to handle my case. Thank you Cinthia, I’ll forever be grateful 🙏🏾

Cynthia is amiable and caring. She helped my husband and I with the fiancee visa (k1) and then with his green card. She is very professional and knew exactly what to do when immigration hit a curve ball at us. It was a long process, but worth the wait. Cynthia was very attentive to all of our calls/and texts messages. She answered all of our questions and was able to calm me down whenever I got too worried for my husband's case. If I had to redo this whole process again I would not doubt once to seek her help. She is amazing. Thank you so much Cynthia for helping us out. ❤

If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, affordable, and professional attorney, look no further…Call Cynthia

Here are the pro’s (but keep scrolling if you’re interested in my story)
• Free initial consultation (call to confirm) with no time constraints
• Honest (will tell you if adjustment via your case is plausible)
• Professional (makes no judgmental remarks no matter how close of a rapport you have)
• Affordable ( ½ the prices of LA downtime lawyers, with faster results)
• Great Follow Up (she will keep track of your case and provide you with updates)
• Great location (in Torrance near 405)
• Accessible (you can always talk to HER, via phone call, text, email)
• Caring (listens to your concerns and is willing to work with you)
My story
I was being represented by a dishonest, unprofessional, selfish, and expensive downtown (LA) attorney who cared more about his 15 minutes of fame than helping people who had real time problems and expiration dates.

I had been a DACA recipient for years and was a loyal customer to this downtown lawyer. I even interned for the man thinking that I could learn a thing or two to help my people. Also, I thought that he would have my best interest at heart and help me achieve my dream of becoming a US Citizen. He even promised me that he would do everything in his power to help make that a reality. Those were nothing but broken promises.

Because of him and his incompetent staff, my DACA expired in 2021, and I was out of work for a month living off of my savings, even when I implored him and his staff to help me expedite my case. They never replied to my emails and every time I called, they told me that he would call me back, but he never did. I was never able to reach him, but my checks surely cleared immediately.

If he did this to someone who was not afraid to make some noise, my heart breaks for all of those people who are too afraid to do the same in fear that they might compromise their American Dream.

I knew that I had to make a change, so I looked up immigration attorneys near me and found Cynthia. Thanks to the many good reviews, I made the decision to switch attorney’s and it was the best decision that I have ever made. From the beginning, she made me feel valued and important. She doesn’t have a fancy office or a whole staff dedicated to brewing her coffee, but what she does have is COMPASSION. She sees you; she helps you, she puts YOU first, and not your money.

Going back to the story…

I was desperate to get my DACA renewed so I wrote to Maxine Waters, Alex Padilla, and Diane Feinstein and asked them for help. Cynthia encouraged me to do this and even submitted an expedite request on my behalf. During this time, there was a lot of case backlog so many people were in the same sinking boat. I don’t know if it was Cynthia’s energy, my persistence, or timing, but shortly afterwards, my DACA was finally renewed, and I was able to go to work. Things were finally starting to look up…

I came to Cynthia with my approved I-130, a lapsed DACA, and damaged dreams. With Cynthia, my advanced parole and I-485 were approved and I finally obtained my green card in December 2022. I can’t wait to come back to her in three years to apply for citizenship in order finally make my dream come true.

I came to the USA in 2014, and went through the immigration process through marriage. When I got my permanent residence status it took a long time because of all the backlog. It was months of waiting and my previous attorney was not always available to get back to me to answer my questions in a timely manner.
At the time I was waiting to get my conditions removed from my initial permanent residency which was 2 years. They were months behind, and it took over 18 months for
them to take the conditions off my green card.
While I was waiting for this we took a week long trip to Mexico. I got detained at the Mexican border on the way back because of an old child support order from Canada. Unbeknownst to me, there was an astronomical amount that was accumulating for months after my kids had already become adults. I was able to get back into the USA luckily, and got it straightened out. My Canadian Passport was reinstated.

My 10 year green card was approved. I was planning on a trip to Canada in 2019. I was traumatized from my experience in Mexico and was really nervous about leaving the USA for a short trip thinking I wouldn’t be able to come back.
I contacted Cynthia in September of 2019 for a free consultation and to get advice because I was afraid. She advised me and reassured me that there wouldn’t be a problem.
I decided to retain her at that time because her knowledge of immigration laws were impeccable, and she gave me good advice.
Then Covid happened so I didn’t pursue my citizenship at that time. I wanted to wait until after the election. September 2021 she contacted me because I had given her the retainer. I decided it was time.
She filled out my application, and we went through what happened in Mexico. I gave her all the paperwork I had from when I contacted Canada and got the child support issue straightened out, and had my Canadian Passport reinstated.
For some reason I never got the notice in the mail that i had the appointment for my naturalization. I was working a lot and wasn’t always answering my phone. She went out of her way to try and contact me to let me know that I had the appointment. Not only that, she spent 2 hours with me quizzing me on the questions for my US civics test. She met me at the immigration office, and told me exactly what to expect. She was thorough, and the process was flawless.
Having an attorney is a must when you are dealing with immigration. I would highly recommend her because she is excellent.

After a long time of being a resident and thinking about becoming a citizen I finally decided to apply after having my first consultation. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns I had about the process. She was very professional and at an affordable price too. Thank God and to her I am now a citizen of this great country. I definitely recommend her services to anyone!

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Cynthia Valdez for any immigration situation. When I say she is honest ...SHE IS HONEST! She is not going to tell you what you want to hear, or what others lawyers have heard, She does her own research and tells you what’s best for you and your family. Cynthia has helped me with my DACA since 2013. And I’ve been coming with her ever since. Many friends of mine have come to her for other immigration problems and they say “she is amazing, she told me things that other lawyers didn’t “. And Consultation is free! Cynthia Valdez loves helping people and will go out of her way to make sure she gets her job done!

I came across Cynthia's website and reached out to her office via phone. Cynthia picked up the phone herself and took the time to address all my questions re: obtaining US citizenship for my daughter. During our phone call, she was professional and kind whilst providing clarity and encouragement about the process at the same time. I emailed Cynthia a couple of times after our phone call and she always replied, with the same professional, kind and reassuring tone. I highly recommend Cynthia and if I could give endless stars instead of just 5, I would. It is extremely hard to find someone who is both professional and empathetic and also, above all, consistent. And Cynthia encompasses all of these traits.
