Master Cleaners

I just started coming here to these cleaners about 2 months ago after having a bad experience with the cleaners I went to before. The reason I decided to choose this one is because they have good prices. I just recently had one f my favorite shirts done and I was so happy because there were some oil stains on them that I tried so many times to get rid of myself butjust couldn't so before throwing it out I decided to see if they could do anything for me and the stains are gone. I am very impressed and will be sticking with this place.

I have been a couple of times. The service is awesome. Although they are a little pricey, I will continue to bring my garments to this location.

I took a cashmere coat with minor leather trim and they said it had to be specially cleaned at another location, because special procedures were required. When I told them the dry cleaners next door said they can clean it the same way other garments are cleaned in house, with the same chemicals, and nothing special was needed, I caught their lie. They were trying to exaggerate the difficulty of cleaning my item to charge a higher price? They wanted almost double of the dry cleaners a block away. Word of advice: You can lie and try to charge double, and make money one time, but it will not continue when people start to notice.

Minus 3 for service. Prices are high compared to everyone else. Took a couple white shirts in to be cleaned. Got them back with lines and black dirt marks in them. I dropped the shirts off clean I just wanted a refresh so I can continue to wear them. Dropped on the floor maybe?
Either way, you can't be expensive and poor service. I wanted to come here since I work nearby.
Oh well..

So disappointed. This establishment is clean and conveniently located and the personnel extremely courteous, I wanted to like it. I wanted to make it my permanent resource.

I brought in a lady's swim shirt and asked them to take up the sleeves three inches which if done right, would strike just below my wrist..

When I returned, the lady smiled and said, yes, my "dress" was ready. I chalked the word "dress" up to language barrier until she brought me a hanger draped with this huge, billowing, shapeless fabric ... thing ... with sleeves as long as my pant leg. It was a swim shirt for a 9-foot tall Amazonian warrior princess.

I objected to the sleeve length and to the way the fabric was ruined. Try as I might, and I was so patient I even returned with photos of what the shirt should have looked like and with my other swim shirt (identical size and style but different color) for comparison. She somehow thought I had brought the second shirt for them to use as a template to hack my ruined shirt down to size. Fat chance. No amount of cutting would restore the destroyed elasticity and no amount of explaining could communicate to either lady I spoke with what the problem was.

Finally I instructed them to throw my ruined shirt in the trash and return my alteration fee. They were all too happy to do this but I left without any compensation for my destroyed garment and certain they sitll didn't understand what went wrong. That lack of understanding guarantees the mistake will be repeated.

Brought in a beautiful tan light brown leather jacket and when I got it back it was not the same. Don’t know where they sent it off to dry clean it but when I got it back it was not the same bright vibrant color. It was dark and faded and spotted up in certain places.
