The room was nice and clean. Prices were fair. I've seen some people complain about costumer service but it wasn't a problem for my stay.

This place is wack. Stayed here last year for KCON. A friend who was driving us around wanted to take a shower and the front desk lady (who has a major attitude problem) made me pay like $30 when she literally was only there for maybe 25 minutes at most. The next morning she made me pay extra again for late check out and then kept banging on the door to make us hurry. We were like the ONLY people at this crap motel so we really don't know why she was freaking out. Rooms were okay. Stay somewhere else.
