I went to this dealership in great hopes of getting a car. We recently sold our old car to a junk yard due to a failed transmission and it would cost us more money to fix. So we decided it was time to get a new car. I’ve came here years ago for my sister who purchased a car from here. She recommended us to go to West Cost Toyota Dealership because they helped her get a car. Let me just say I have bad credit and I went in with only $1000 cash and I was worried that it wouldn’t be enough. Fast forward I left the dealership with a car 😊. It was all thanks to Linh Le, Hassame and Megan!! These 3 went above and beyond out of there way to help me and my family of 3. We were so desperate to get a car but had low hopes of walking out with one. But these 3 made it happened and before I went I prayed to God to please help and bless us with a car today and he sent these 3 angels to me and my family and for that I am forever grateful for them. So if you are in need of a car ask for any of these 3 and I bet you they will go above and beyond for you too. May I add the environment is clean and peaceful and we were out of there within 3 hours. Which I think is a good amount of time compared to others times I’ve went to other dealerships with family and friends and it took probably the whole day🤦🏻‍♀. Very nice staff, I came here to pick up a part and the staff were really helpful in helping me find the parts department! From the moment I walked in a very nice lady greeted me and took me to the parts department, I was in and out in three minutes! Like if I was going to buy a car I probably would've bought one form her lols.

I have been looking for this color and body style for awhile and West Coast Toyota had it.. Its been a dream of mine to own a Dodge Charger ScatPack. Des P, Edrick, and the GM Hoss help me a ton and I appreciate their help. They made my dream come True.. Thank you WestCoast Toyota!

Cannot say enough about this dealership. From Maria staying on top of the car arriving at the Port and arriving at the dealership. To picking us up at the long Beach airport and being greeted by most of her team members at the door. Checking out was pretty quick and off we went to drive home to Sacramento. If we lived in the area we would be back!

I wanted to say thanks to Michael who sold me this car in 2017. It had 36k when I got it and now it’s at 237k. I’ve been keeping up with the services so it’s good. Really reliable car, engine and transmission are still in good shape. Corollas are amazing cars💙

Btw if you can, just service the car yourself. The dealer takes forever for an oil change. You could just find a mechanic to do these services. Also, if you do a transmission service save yourself the headache and get the OEM gasket from the dealer trust me. I’ve used other parts and they either fail or leak after 2 weeks.

Took my wife's 2013 Prius in for the Toyota Customer Support Program for the Blizzard Pearl paint that was peeling off from the panels. Jaime and Jay took care of us every step of the way. Said it would take two weeks for it to be complete and it was done in 11 days! They work with Manufacturer Certified Collision Center in Rancho Dominguez and they did fantastic work to the car. It looks brand new! But, there is a spot on the hood I let Jay know about. He called up Jordan at the collision center and Jordan told me to have my wife take it in any time next week and they'll take care of it. Overall, if I was in the market for a new car or have to get service done, I would definitely take it to West Coast Toyota.

Always used to come here for my oil changes on my camry. Last month I wrecked my car and came to west coast Toyota to get a new car. Drove off with a brand new 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD. I was helped by Aldo. He made my car buying experience very pleasant and fun. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new car in general.

This is was my first time going to a dealership with my boyfriend and we were very well taken care of by Alaint! He made everything absolutely clear and was concerned for all of my needs regarding the car! Also, shout out to Stephy for walking us through our finances and making it as quick as possible but very detailed so we can get on the road!

Today, had a simple engine oil, filter change & lube plus free visual inspection. Results and suggestions were made in writing and for another scheduled time.
Was given an estimated wait duration for my quick service which result was positive. No pressure sales, professional and free hot beverage machine.
Was a very pleasant experience 😁

I've had really great experiences here. First, Ricky is an amazing sales person! He helped me purchase a Toyota Highlander when I was running an after school program and needed a safe car that sat 7 students comfortably. During the pandemic when I changed jobs and needed to downsize, he helped me trade it in for a new Corolla hybrid. This has saved me so much money in fuel and made me feel better about my carbon footprint. He worked with F & I to make sure I could afford to buy new each time and keep payments low, even though my income and credit were not the best. Seriously if you are in the market for a vehicle, ask for Ricky! You won't regret it.

I also really appeciate the people in the service department. Arturo, Rafa, Alex, and all of the laborers I've worked with were professional and kind. Their team is willing to go the extra mile and may have even saved my life by finding a tiny nail in my tires. I appreciate their efforts to be transparent and keep costs low, only charging for the essentials and not trying to sell you things you don't need.

As the daughter and granddaughter of 2 car salesmen and someone who worked as a cashier and receptionist in a service department, I definitely have an appreciation for what the team at West Coast Toyota do!

I am so sad to leave West Coast Toyota. I am leaving CA soon and just finished my last maintenance service. Rafa Rivera was my favorite service advisor. He always recommended exactly what I needed. He is awesome. The mechanics are awesome as well and the staff is welcoming. I will miss them all. If you need service, I recommend them heartily.
