Really excellent service from Raul even though he wasn't going to make much money off me buying a few pieces of leather! I was trying to match my chair and he was very helpful. I heard him on the phone with a very demanding, and difficult customer and he handled that call with such professionalism! Raul is a very patient and helpful sales person! And not at all pushy!

Excellent service and product. After buying our leather sectional and wooden dining table, which turned out to be of the absolute best quality, we also decided to add two chairs and a table. After shopping around with various sellers we ended up finding our perfect chairs at Arizona Leather. And the were on sale. Raul is more than helpful and his stated delivery times turn out to be real, as I could experience myself. My family and I are very happy customers and will be back every time we are looking for furniture. Five stars!

I LOVE our new sectional from Arizona Leather! I was hesitant to buy a leather sofa because of our dogs but Jeff and Rail assured me that the sofa will hold up well over time with not only dogs but everyday wear and tear. I took a leap of faith and ordered it in a beautiful cream color. The first day my dogs jumped on it and dirt from their paws wiped right off! So much easier than fabric!
The sectional arrived in time and is very comfortable. We asked Raul for extra stuffing for the back pillows and he readily cut it and gave it to us. Easy to stuff into the pillows and now the pillows are perfect for us. This is a quality sectional and looks expensive, especially after comparing this to the quality at other stores nearby. We are beyond happy with the sectional and the service from Jeff and Raul.

Raul Cosio is the best. If you go to this location you must request Raul. We had a very unique situation with the size we needed. We had been looking for over a year when we finally went to Arizona Leather. Raul took the time to show us various models, explain the variety of options. Then he showed us a floor model of something in the size we needed. It was perfect. He walked us through all the options with our selection and when we sat down to do the paperwork explained their protection program and how everything works. My experience at Arizona Leather was great. The customer service Jeff provided was great at the Torrance location. We bought a sectional and love it!! Went back for bar stools and they let me take a stool with sample swatches home to make sure I would be satisfied with my purchase. When shopping for a replacement of our existing Arizona Leather sofa, which we love but outgrew, we came back to Arizona Leather in search of a sectional. The Torrance store manager, Raul, helped us find the right configuration for our sectional, and he worked within our budget. It was an absolute pleasure working with Raul, and I recommend him and his store to anyone.

Raul is great and very knowledgeable at all the leather that goes into the sofas. Very easy going. I just got the delivery on Thursday and my kids are loving them. I bought some at Costco and I returned them because they fell apart also made of half leather not 100% all the way around. I had 100% leather before so I knew the difference. I threw my 100% leather sofas out because they where old and my neighbor pick them up and still have them.

I love this store, we remolded a condo by the beach, ordered 2 leather chairs and a foot stool, they couldn’t be more perfect the color, the wood trim , comfortable and excellent quality!! Then bought a few pictures, a clock and today 2 beautiful pillows!! They have so many unique pieces!! Our sales associate Raul has been so helpful and he was right ontime with our chairs delivered. Jeff was first to greet us, to provide extensive and valuable information on AZ Leather's workmanship, quality, lifetime warranty, construction sites in the US., and provided us many samples, many types if product, allowed us to try many floor samples.
