La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Décor

My husband and I visited the La-Z-Boy store in Torrance yesterday to shop for a recliner. Our sales associate, Stephanie, was very pleasant and helpful. She directed us to the section of the store that had the recliners and gave us space to leisurely shop, which we like, but she was available to answer any questions we had. We found a very nice rocker/recliner that we liked and purchased it. The President's Day sale was still going on so we got our recliner at a great price! It will be delivered in a few days and we can't wait to start using it.

Nina was great! It helped a lot that I pretty much knew what I wanted when I came in. Nina explained the differences between the two recliners I was interested in. During the purchase process, Nina was ver professional and thoroughly explained the furniture care options. She also knowledgeably answered all my questions. As well, she made me feel comfortable and heard. As for the store itself, it was clean, well lighted and welcoming. I loved how much space between pieces for browsing.

Deb and Angelina were great! They both helped us a lot considering neither of us are designers. A lot of great ideas we were able to see how things fit. They were both extremely helpful. We feel we got a great quality sofa with fantastic fabric at a good price. We did shop around and you can't beat the Lazy boy quality. We couldn't have done it without them. Thank you so much! Quick and easy. Tried multiple recliners to find the right one and had had the choice of the right color wanted. The salesperson was very nice and answered all of our questions and explained many things that we didn’t even know to ask. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Geva was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help me select furniture and expressed an interest in my furniture needs. Customer service excellent! I’m awaiting my new sofa to be delivered next month!

I came to the store with two pictures of a 30-year-old La-Z-Boy recliner. Angelina took a look and advise that model was no longer available. She instantly had several alternatives and I settled on a Stratus rocking recliner. Angelina had taken time to search inventory for color and material combinations that were in stock and was most helpful. She created The Five Star experience.

Had a great experience at the Torrance store. Bought two lazy boy recliners. Shopped around at many stores. Ruya was the best sales person. Extremely knowledgeable and was extremely patient with us throughout the process.

Geva was friendly and professional. Took time to demo sleeper sofas, different cushions, compare fabrics, and mattress options. Very patient and good listener. Allowed me time to put it all together to make my purchase decision. A very comfortable buying experience.

The sales people were informative, friendly bit not pushy. We had a good experience in the store which is not common for me. I don't like furniture shopping very often. I even went back the next day !! bought 2 chairs. The 16 week wait time was the only bummer! geez!!

It was a very positive experience. We were greeted warmly when we entered the door. Our salesperson, Nio, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in the market for a recliner. She pointed us to where they could be found, gave us information about the customization options and then allowed us time to browse on our own. She later came back and discussed our preferences and offered suggestions on how to they could be customized for a better fit. She was probably the best salesperson I've encountered in years.
