I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car from Enterprise Van Sales. It was the best price van I could find. They were very professional. They returned every call and helped me with every thing I needed. Even after the sale was completed I had trouble with my title and I called Allen and he took a lot of time to help me out. This was after the sale was completed!!!! I can't thank them enough. My van arrived in great condition. I highly recommend this company. Teresa is amazing. You will love working with them.

Was fantastic from the start. Wanted a Van with 10 seats and in rows. Found a perfect match at Long Beach. This was a west to east coast purchase. Kenny was great and the pictures of the Vehicle were exactly as the Van when it arrived. Paperwork was explained and any questions were answered promptly. I worked with Scott on the transaction, and he did a really good job of walking me through everything over the phone step by step (I’m in another state, and it was my first time buying a vehicle remotely). Paperwork exchange was quick and easy via FedEx, and after payment went through on a Friday, the vehicle (shipped from California to Texas) was at my door on Monday—not bad! Buying from Enterprise Van Sales was a very positive experience for me.

I arranged a purchase on-line and flew in from out of state to pick up the vehicle. Scott S & Enterprise makes it so easy! I know it's hard to believe but this honestly is a no-nonsense dealership. No pushy sales, just helpful insight and great support through the process. I knew what I wanted and they knew how to make it easy for me. The transaction took less than 30 minutes. They honored their 30-day warranty with ease (even from 800miles away) and this gave me the confidence to drive the long distance home without any worries. The vehicle is perfect. Clean, well maintained - fairly priced and exactly as advertised. I will definitely be back for any future van purchases!

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online without 'touching it' first, but I have to say, it's been a great experience. We have six children and were looking for a van that could accommodate our large family. We looked everywhere and we are so thankful we found Enterprise Vans. Scott continuously kept us updated on inventory. He was great to deal with and professional. He was also very honest. Once he got in the van that we wanted, everything moved quickly and we purchased the van in less than a hour. We got Transit that has captain seats! I'm talking luxury comfort and took a month road trip after our purchase. Our ride is still doing great and we are so happy we got it.

Purchased a 2017 Ford Transit 10 passenger van from Enterprise in January 2021. From my first call with Scott to the last I have never dealt with a more professional business person. Every step in the process was flawless. The van was shipped from California to Pennsylvania without issue. BTW, do not waste time trying to save a few bucks on shipping and doing it yourself, I investigated that option and it was not worthwhile. Also, the van came with a 30 day warranty and upon receiving the van I took it to a local Ford dealership and had a PA State inspection preformed. The only problem uncovered was 2 of the interior lights were not working correctly. The dealer replaced the units and Enterprise (Scott) sent me a check in less than a week.

I cannot say enough about Enterprise and in particular Scott.

Looking forward to my next purchase from Enterprise.

My wife and i were looking for a van that would be suitable for our family of eight and tow a 23 foot camping trailer as well. We found what we liked and spoke to Scott and Teresa about coming to long beach and taking a look at the one we liked. We went up, met with Scott, and he was extremely helpful to us. He gave us plenty of his time to talk about the vehicle and check it out to ensure we were making the right decision. There was a minor issue with the van that we liked and Scott was more than helpful in correcting the issue. We brought it home and love it. It was a fabulous deal! Thousands less then dealers in our area for basically the same van! I will refer anybody I know looking for a van to Scott and Teresa!! NO REGRETS ! Thank you so much!!

I just bought a 2011 Ford E350. I searched intensely for months and found Enterprise van sales to have the best price for vans with captain seat. BUT the real deal is with the customer service. Mr. Allen Mays and Miss. Teresa Gonzales made the buying experience EASY and PLASANT. They presented all my options and prices without any sales pressure. Then they drove the van to my work place for me to inspect. After my purchase they delivered the van to me. It gets better... Even after the sale Mr. Mays delivered with all of his promises.

Teresa Gonzalez was Great to work with. She took care of me from my very first phone call when I started looking for a van, to helping me all they way through the process to it being delivered to us half way across the country. You always have to worry if pictures that are posted of vehicles for sale truly depict the condition as it is currently, but I have to say that their pictures made the van look brand new and when it arrived to us it DOES look like brand new even though it has 54,000 miles on it. Teresa and the team at Enterprise made buying a van from out of state a breeze! I had very specific needs and She went out of her way to measure parts of the vehicle for me so I knew exactly what I was getting. Payment and shipping was a breeze and I received the van within one week of final payment . LA to Dallas! And most importantly the vehicle is in fantastic condition.

This was my second purchase here and it was as good as the first. Communication was clear and professional. Delivery was within their projected time - about 2 weeks in my case, as I'm from Ohio and they had to arrange shipping from California. I could have paid more and had it expedited, but I'm buying used to save money, so I didn't want to waste money on expediting. I did splurge and buy the leather seat limo version and wasn't disappointed - the interior was clean and really didn't even appear worn, even though the van had 35,000 miles on it. I only wish they would start getting diesel vans in their program - I would have happily paid the extra for this. Buying from Enterprise allows me to get a spacious van for my large family, and get comfortable seating without spending big bucks for a conversion.
