I was turned on to this Jewelry store by a friend. It turns out more than one of my friends frequents This establishment and both have only good things to say.
So with that being said I went in to check them out. I was completely captured by their consignment case and have since purchased multiple pieces of jewelry. I never receive less than excellent customer service. My Boston Terrier goes everywhere with me and I love when Josh greats her by name! If there is anything you need from a repair to a custom piece, this is your store. I am so happy to have found them and absolutely love Shopping at J&L Jewelers♥

I have had the pleasure of interacting with this particular group of professionals who consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a genuine concern for the satisfaction of their clientele. I recently had the opportunity to enlist their services for the repair of my watch, and I must say that not only did they provide a quick turnaround time, but they also offered their assistance at a reasonably affordable price.

J&L is a very nice place to go shop for jewelries and watches repair. I did both. I am truly glad to have this shop. All the ladies who work there are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And there is Josh a marvelous and delightful gentleman. His recommendations always right and very satisfying. I may not be a big jewelry spender but if I do need something this is where I go. Their services and kindness are priceless.

Everybody was so nice, we had fun laughing with this great lady name Donell (I think that’s how you spell her name) and with Josh. It could have been a real stuffy place where everybody is uptight, but they were very nice to my daughter and I, and funny.

My daughter is in a wheelchair and she’s legally blind and Josh made sure that she understood everything, got what she needed, cleaned her jewelry, and explained everything to her so she understood it.

Josh took the time to tell her what some of her jewelry and watches might be worth, that helped us a lot. I really appreciate how he treated her and how great everybody was that worked there.

I love this place!!! Thought checking this place out again, and read some reviews. I’m sorry other people didn’t have a good experience. But, I’ve come to this store quite a few times and all I can say was. They are really good about their service. Love Janis of course! Always friendly, not just with customers. Everyone in vicinity! J & L Jewelry is the best! I have had my diamonds reset by them & I knew they would take good care of my diamonds and they made beautiful settings. I trust them and the quality of their work is exceptional. I have also bought an eternity ring and another ring from them. They have beautiful jewelry!

If you are looking for a battery for your watch, this is the place. Very reasonable prices. The employees look like the Golden Girls and are very nice. There are few jewelry stores around. So do yourself a favor and shop here.

I loooooove working with Janis and her team at J&L! Josh helped me pick out a watch for my boyfriend during the Christmas time, and it has become my boyfriend's favorite watch!

it is decorated so beautifully that you want to look around and probably see something that you want to buy. the staff is so nice! I am coming back.
