Was told via chat (which I have a copy of) where the agent assures me I will get a refund because of the death of my aunt. "Just send a copy of obituary and you WILL get a refund". Today they tell me a different story that an Aunt is not included in thier policy. Then why did YOUR employee say I would. Shame on you Super Travel, off to report this to BBB.
