Ralphs

The one thing I love about Ralph's is they rarely are out of a product. Add to that their fresh fruit and veggies selection and the meat aisle, it's a great store to shop. Even as busy as it usually is, the checkout staff is always friendly.

Today, I saw some dude having a meltdown at the courtesy desk. He was raising his voice berating the manager, and she kept her cool and handled it so professionally. A+++ to her, I can tell she's a great role model for her staff, on how to handle unruly jerks.

Always open late until 1 AM. One of the few places where you can get cash back using Apple Pay. Their customer service is top-notch. Ray is super cool and one of my favorite people working there.

I really enjoyed my visit with them, they were crowded but the store was clean..staff was helpful..

Quaint neighborhood market, very clean, displayed with helpful friendly staff. . You nay have to look closely for some items as the store is well stocked.

Great Service, wonderful selection, and plenty of free parking. I shop here often best selection and prices!

Staff is ALWAYS friendly. A cute little Ralphs that has all the essentials. I often come here for sushi for my lunch! The sushi chef always thanks me after I select my sushi too and the sushi hits a great mark for me :)

My favorite neighborhood grocers, Shout out to Sam, Marlin, Maria, and Kimberly best service in town!!!!!!!

I am a regular shopper (twice a week at least) at Ralphs on 4th St and Orizaba. The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and merchandise is always stocked.

Ralphs always have everything I need for cooking and preparation.

Cramped store but laid out well. The checker was very friendly and makes me want to return to this store next time in in town. Produce all looks very fresh.

Best store in the area...hands down beats Vons both stores near by.

We traveled in from Philly for a funeral & rented a house nearby. I looked up places to order food, party trays & supplies from. I tried another grocery store first. They were out of everything so I tried Ralph's. I'm so happy I did! They were stocked up & ready to serve. I ordered groceries from the east coast and was ready to pick up when I got there. The app was easy to navigate and every person we had contact with was nice & helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I love my 4th street Ralph's! I know exactly were everything thing is at this smaller location. I hate big stores! Usually my favorite manager(s) Stacy & Morgan are there! There are others employee's there that are always super helpful & courteous also. We you go to the same local store a lot you see these people a lot. Makes a huge difference when he place you patronize has good, friendly people working there.

This store is fantastic! I was visiting my brother. He asked me to run to the store, pick up a few things. This store has it all. Beautiful produce. Picked up 2 beautiful Ribeyes, what a variety of meats! Just a great store with selections galore! Next visit to my brother's, I'm doing my grocery shopping here. A few months into the pandemic I recall wanting to write a review for markets for very similar reasons. My review pertains to my most recent visit. Working a customer facing job day in and day out can be different for every employee -- especially during a pandemic.

Digital Payment: The digital payment system is not processing even Samsung payments lately. Bring a card or cash.

Customer Service: Always on point. I always find an employee at a self checkout aisle ready to help.

Products: The discount/sale for a cereal I like to buy is more common at the Vons at the Traffic Circle. Otherwise, the product selection is really good, and discounts for items I commonly buy tend to have decent discounts.

The store is usually clean (including the bathroom). The aisles are easy to navigate, and big enough.

The parking lot is a good size.

This Ralph's is always super busy, but the employees are helpful and usually have the store clean. One problem here is that they sometimes run out of carts, and you have to wait a couple minutes for someone to either be done with the one they were using or an employee brings some from the lot.

I enjoy shopping at this location because of the atmosphere here. Everything feels bright and smells fresh. Customer service is great. Unique flower arrangements here cannot be found at any other competitors locations.

Big things come in little packages and boy dose this store look small on the outside but inside it's big, it has everything from organic to non organic to dairy and non dairy to low fat Etc..., I'm just really impressed with all the selection this store has to offers for the community and it self. I love all the verity of everything And it's isolated in a little community, this store is a one stop shop spot. My shopping experience here is always grate even the employees are so helpfull and they always put customers first.
