I took my son he had a bad tooth ache and the dentist saw him right away and was very nice and explain what he was going to do I highly recommend this place

I was convinced to make an appointment with them back in mid February
However , I did my appt showed up and they got all my information and they sat me down supposedly I was going to get my teeth cleaning done because that was my main concern for looking for a dentist near by me . I was literally there for almost 1hr and a half
Just for them to tell me they have to wait on an authorization from my medical
Okay cool I wasn’t trippen , they told me they’d give a call once they received an approval
Mind you it was the last week of February
March passed and not once did I receive a courtesy call at least saying hey sorry for the inconvenience but we are still waiting on an approval .
April 6th I receive a call finally ! right ?
They called said the application got approved , and if I’d like to make an appointment
I told them sure but I am upset because not once did I get a call , and I did mentioned that I never ever ever had to wait over a month just for an approval and she said “ we’ll I mean you do have medical “ with an attitude.
Like girl what does having medical have to do with it ? Like if there isn’t thousands of people who receive medical ? Sorry i guess they just want cash here 😅
I’ve gone to many dentals and never had to wait over a month.
I should’ve gotten that red flag when I seen other people walking in that were wondering as well if medical covered them as well and they kept automatically saying that most likely it won’t cover what they needed done. Like you guys haven’t even ran is information yet .
Her attitude was nasty & very unprofessional.
Once I told her I wasn’t planning to schedule an appointment she changed her tone and tried to be all nice like yeah no thank you I rather keep driving to San Pedro, CA rather then coming to a location in which the staff doesn’t give any good customer service .
