I brought my wife and son here for the first time ... service was not excellent but good .. we ordered a grilled chicken avocado sandwich for my wife ... my son had the calzone and I had the steak and shrimp scampi... the food had a great presentation and the taste was excellent.. different than other Italian restaurants... all the dishes tasted super fresh, delicious and with a subtle twist of Italian Mexican and Cajun cuisine.... definitely coming back to try the rest of the menus ... p.s. small spot but clean and cozy 👍🏽

First visit to El Appetiz. Had the steak and mushroom sandwich. It was the best steak sandwich I've ever had for under $10!! And it comes with fries or a salad. Large portion and excellent ingredients. It was a steak cut into thick, tasty strips. Look it should be. The owner was very kind and friendly. Great service and quick preparation. And easy parking. I'll be a regular customer. I highly recommend!

Great local restaurant. I stopped in for a quick take out meal and wished I could have stayed. My meal was delicious, well prepared. I plan to return for a sit down meal and enjoy the ambience..I highly recommend a visit. Ciao!

First time trying it I asked for delivery. The next time I dined in and the following time I got takeout. Every time that I’ve ordered I’ve never been disappointed in the food. The food is always so delicious so much that my husband loves their Italian food when he doesn’t even like Italian food. Great customer service and great prices. Totally recommend it if you’re around the area! You won’t regret it!

While planning my wedding, we came here for a taste testing. They were polite, fun, generous, and overall a delight to be with. Additionally, they worked out affordable prices and the food was some of the most exquisite Italian food I've ever had. They said that the only reason they own a freezer is for their French Fries, which was added to the menu by popular demand.

Every dish seemed to have some special twist or change to the norm, curated by the owner, that only aided in enhancing the already amazing flavors.

My fiancée and I loved the food so much that we fully intend to drive the hour and half it takes to get there for a date nights on a regular basis.

My wife and I came here pre-pandemic the food was DELICIOUS! and the service was great. Ordered dinner last night for take away . The four cheese Pizza was very good and the killer pasta dish was La-Pescadora!!!
Plenty of fresh seafood in this dish. I will definitely come back and try another item on the menu.

Ordered from Grubhub, what a delight the pizza and calzone were, tasty dough and good ingredients! We got the mini lasagna calzone and the tomato garlic basil Kalamata olive pizza! So yummy!

Joe, the owner, was the best in meeting with us to discuss our catering needs. The dishes are exceptional and Max the waiter was incredibly helpful. Cant wait for our event to happen so everyone can enjoy their food. 5 stars for sure.

Over the top food, over the top service. I have not tried any dish I do not like. From my favorite which is the eggplant sandwich, to the pastas and salads. Owner and workers make you feel like family. Been going here for 7 years and my fiance's family for over 20. Makes Olive Garden taste like a microwave dinner.

Love our delicious Italian comfort food. My husband is not a salad eater "he's not a rabbit" but when the chef created a house salad, my husband orders a salad with his pizza. Fresh and tasty sauce on my pasta uniquely homemade flavor you can taste the spices - yummy!

Great little place. I never been there before, first off great customer service I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. I wish I would have asked the name of the person who took care of me. Anyway I was given a menu decided to eat a steak sandwich, Now I'm sure I'm not the only person to eat a steak sandwich, only to be disappointed by the Buble gum type of meat that they use full of fat. This was not the case, the sandwich was great from the type of bun to the meat, it was delicious the meet was good quality and didn't taste weird and it wasn't rubbery.a great place, definitely will go again and try something else. Sorry for the rambling off, just trying to give you a good description of my experience.

I have been going there for years! It is always delicious. My favorite is the Chicken Toscani. My significant other loves the Chicken Wonton Salad. Their bread is the best. I HIGHLY recommend this place. (Just don't pay attention to the spelling errors on the menu! 😏)

Girls Movie night "Mulan" won't be a blast without Jose's blacken chicken alfredo. I also ordered the bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp with capers in a wine sauce, a salad and rolls. We didn't have room for dessert. The food is amazing and the service is awesome, Jose and his staff go out of there way to make you feel special and treat you like family.

Love the food and service! I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store and he is so considerate of the experience of his customers. It is apparent there is a high level of attention placed on customer service. If in need of suggestions, I highly recommend the poblana salad and the chipotle grilled chicken fettuccine.

Great Italian food! I really like their blackened chicken sald and salmon salad. Their pizza is delicious. The staff is very welcoming. Can't wait to go back to try their sandwiches.

Service and server were great, excellent food but no deserts. Like I need to have the sweet stuff. I WAS GRATIFIED. I always recommend them. Look for the waiter "IVAN" great attention and he sings too.
