Ronnie, The owner, was friendly, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to explain the various bikes and to help me reach the decision about which bike would be right for me.

I bought a second hand bicycle for my daughter here a few years ago. She liked the bike for many years and I loved the place.

Quick and easy without the B.S. Went in to get my right handlebar realigned and walked out happy with confidence. Shoutout to Andrew who fixed my handlebar alignment without making me feel stupid! They're super welcoming, and they did not try to aggressively upsell me on anything, unlike some other local bike shops I've been to. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great bike shop! I took a bike in that had problems with the brakes and gears. After a Smith Cycle tune-up. The bike rides like it is brand new. Also another time I went in for a seat post clamp. The employee was kind of eye balling the clamp. The manager comes over and corrects the employee. With praise might I add. The manager says "Never guess, always measure". He measured the seat clamp. It was the perfect size. I thought that was cool. When I am out there in my bike. Precision matters. Great bike shop!

I had a great experience working with Ron. I live in Santa Barbara and after talking and sending photos he was able to get me the bike my son wanted. Next day drove the 2 hrs for his bike and great service. Will definitely be getting bikes for the rest of the family at his shop.

Over the last year I have purchase 2 new bikes for my teenage kids. My son got great service and great bike. My daughter wasn’t a bike kinda girl but they set her up with a wonderful cruiser easy to ride, simple gears and a cute basket in front. Ther are very helpful with repairs at a very reasonable cost. Good people bike smart and easy purchasing.

Ordered a part for my kids bike. Received a text as soon as it was delivered. Helped out with a discount for veterans. Very nice people who knew a lot about bikes.

Good service! They close at 6pm and I called them with a question at 5:59pm and they answered all my questions patiently. Andrew stopped what he was doing and tweaked a few things another time. Appreciate things like that.

Every time I go to Smith's for anything I am reminded of how a business should be run. Ron and his employees just get it! They just take care of people, not because they have been trained by some fancy customer service guru but because they genuine just like people and enjoy being “of service”. In today's crazy world where so much of business has been driven to the internet, it is reassuring to know that we still have good local businesses who love being a part of our bicycle community. I LOVE this Place!

Love this place. Its a small shop, but in a way that's why I think it makes it a great shop. They employees are very welcoming. And the tech are very honest. I went in for an up grade and the tech broke down everything for me. Now after doing the research be for hand gotta say they were spot on. As for other shops I stopped of before they were trying to make more then just a few cents off me. So I would say I will continue to be a coustomer of this location just because of there honesty and friendlyness.

Ron recently helped me with packing a bike for shipping. He did a great job with the packing and was great to work with. Shop here if you're looking for a bike shop that offers both expertise AND excellent customer service.

Love this place, Ive been in here a few times over the last year and its one of the only shops thats on top of their game. Ive been treated like one a top customer even when getting a simple service on my bike. Very refreshing to see customer service is not completely lost in LA. Wish I could add an extra star

I LOVE Smith's Cycle! Ron (owner) and Voc (manager) are both so knowledgeable - about all bike styles! I get my road bike AND my mountain bike serviced here (and only here!) and they are always prompt, thorough, and have very reasonable prices. I really appreciate the patience and time they take to answer all of my questions and I definitely recommend Smith's for all your cycling needs - complete bikes, parts, and repair services!

Been coming to this store for over 15 years on and off. Always happy with the service and their ability to answer all of my questions. Many other shops in the area have come and gone but Smith's has endured. Great service, reasonable pricing, and putting the customer first will do that for you.

Ronnie and his crew are the best! Knowledgeable, helpful and so personable.
First met them related to work bikes then bought my Trek there and get my bike serviced there. I won’t go anywhere else.

I brought my beach cruiser here after not using it for years, I couldn’t be happier!! Ron was extremely helpful and very nice!! At the end of my tune up, he even helped me load it in my car!! Thanks smiths cycle!!!

Great Shop
Took in my Giant OCR road bike to get my brakes pads replaced, Ron got me in and out same day, was able to continue my bike rides.

Smith's Cycle is my go to for anything bike related. Needed some new shoes today and Ronnie hooked me right up. Even picked up some new pedals. There's something to say about old school personal service.

Support your local bike shop. It's always great when you walk into a small business, and the staff know you by name. Excellent service, excellent products, excellent prices.

Great variety and knowledge. Super friendly and helpful. Bought a couple of electric bikes and had a great experience. Also willing to help with questions and service. Highly recommend.
