I've always thought that working at a busy pharmacy must be one of the most stressful jobs out there. A combination of long lines (at rush times at least - this pharmacy isn't TOO busy), constantly ringing phones and a whole lot of misdirected anger from customers. It sounds incredibly difficult.

All the supply chain issues (e.g. with ADHD medications the past couple years), high-demand addictive substances (and following their tight regulations AND trying to be responsible), insurance issues and all sorts of other factors at play.

I very much understand the frustration with people dealing with prescription drug issues - it's a very flawed system. But, I am always sad to see it taken out on people who are just doing their job. Blame it on 'the system' - not those who are stuck within it's confines.

Anyway - it seems to me that pharmacists and techs must be saints to keep their cool and treat people decently. Going above and beyond to help customers seems amazing.

So, to get to the point of this review - the staff here are indeed saints, and they have been wonderful for our family.

We have a 2 year old who is constantly getting sick, as well as our own medication. Since day one they have been patient and helpful as we dealt with a couple of those mutually frustrating situations. Months later, they now recognize us and we feel very welcome. This will sound absurd, but our 2 year old literally asks about staff members by name sometimes.

Anyway - there is my first review in recent memory. Much appreciation to the staff here!

The self checkout was fine. A coupon was used and a associate gave me a lower price on a item, because it didn't scan right. There was no line. My Extra Care card was used.

The folks at cvs @ Narbonne are so good to us! They know us and treat us like friends! We are grateful for the pharmacy and the front of store; both staff so wonderful, helpful and kind❤

Got my booster here! Super easy check in at the pharmacy. Waited not even a minute. Thank you to nurse Lilly for a fast and professional shot! Kerri at the pharmacy was very kind and professional as well!!!

Great location. Cares about the community; offering vaccine referrals, flu shots, and more. The manager, Saul, is outstanding! Keep up the good work.

When your sick or need some Mortrin you can always count on CVS being open 24 hours aday.

The staff is very knowledgeable on what to buy and very friendly. Highly recommend this place. Great customer service.

I had an unusual problem and he came up with an answer.

This is my main drugstore. It is very dependable. The pharmacy is fast, helpful and accurate. The people are nice. It is generally clean and neat. Totally satisfied.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS SUPERIOR TO OTHER CVS LOCATIONS AND TO OTHER LOCAL PHARMACIES. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP FIND A COUPON TO LOWER YOUR OUT OF POCKET COSTS. IN ADDITION THEY WILL PROVIDE BILL HISTORY AND OTHER ASSISTANCE THAT MOST PHARMACIES WON'T PROVIDE. THIS IS DUE TO THE STAFF THAT WORKS IN THE PHARMACY. {I"M SPEAKING ABOUT THE REGULAR STAFF THAT HAVE BEEN WORKING THERE FOR AT LEAST SEVERAL YEARS}.. I AM PLEASED TO GIVE THIS PHARMACY MY BUSINESS AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND IT TO MY PEERS ETC.. GOOD JOB CVS PHARMACY!!!
