Pear Thai Cuisine

The food is always fresh quality and full of flavor. The service is always good. Definitely a top Thai restaurant in Anacortes. I had the Thai fried rice with chicken this visit. The currys are also wonderful.

Fantastic food. If you ask for a mild or no spice dish, they are sensitive to people who can't handle spice and will make it actually mild. Unlike some other places where it's still spicy if you ask for no spice. Good service, and the portions are generous. This place should be busier than it is! I usually go for the holy basil, but they have a great seafood medley with calamari and giant muscles and shrimp and more for a great price. Delicious stuff. Also their current special is a mango curry, which is fantastic.

We love Pear Thai Cuisine!! They are hands down the best Thai in Anacortes. The dishes are consistently delicious, flavorful and plentiful. We order something new every time because we enjoy exploring the menu! I recommend the 3 flavor trout, crying tiger, Tom woon sen, eggplant, and holy basil. They’re the only restaurant menu we keep posted on our fridge—we’re ordering tonight :)

I have been to three other Thai restaurants and this one is is the best one out of the 4. Flavors is all there. Owner is very friendly and quiet. We had Tom Yum Noodle, phase kee mao, and Thai fried rice. With added like the food is excellent. Out of 5 stars I would give 4 stars on the food and the place is clean.

We are boaters from Seattle and visited Anacortes for a couple days. We love Thai food and have tried many different restaurants in Seattle and even in other cities in our travels. The Pear Tree is very unassuming and was very quiet on a Tuesday night but based on ratings we decided to try it. The food was among the best we have ever had. The holy basil dish was fantastic, green papaya salad fresh and traditional phad Thai excellent. The night we went the husband ( waiter) wife (cook) team were very nice and very good at their jobs. If you like Thai food this is the place. If you want a fancy atmosphere, get take out.

It isn't often that I have a difficult time deciding what meal to choose but this place had so many options that sounded fantastic that choosing only one thing was a challenge. There were tons of vegetarian options and I chose the masaman curry with tofu, which was excellent. I also tried a friend's dish that was an avocado curry with prawns and loved that, too. Service was great, too.

Excellent service. First time there. The Drunken Noodles were fantastic. Also had some perfectly fried Spring Rolls, and the Pineapple Fried Rice. Well done.

Pretty darn delicious! The avacado Curry with chicken is spectacular. I asked not too spicy and it was made to order! The crab wontons are the best I've ever had. Plus real crab not imitation! The calamari are huge pieces and quite filling. Customer service is slow and underwhelming.

Superb food, attentive service, water was always full, food was served quickly and intuitively, with time to eat our appetizers prior to the main dish. We ordered Phad Thai and Seafood Sunny Delight, which was excpetional with a pleasant tangy sweet sauce.
We like spicy and 3 stars was nice, we would do 4 next time.

Ordered take out while visiting Anacortes. My daughter and I are still talking about how good the food was. We are from Spokane and although we have 3 or 4 choices for thai food where we live, Pear Thai was way better and less expensive than anything Spokane has to offer.

We have visited twice so far. The delightful dishes will no doubt draw us back to further explore the delectable diverse menu. The service was very attentive and polite. The decor is simple but the overall experiene was simply great!

The food was delicious, with a very helpful and friendly staff. We went with all three of our children and it had a great family Atmosphere. We will be eating here again!

Excellent every time - best Thai in town. The Wonderful Orange Sauce and the Mango Curry are out of this world.

I like the Thai Cuisine because it gives us flavors for the food and drinks.
Also desserts too.

This is the absolute best pad thai north of Seattle. You will not be disappointed. They bring the heat when you ask for it. If you like thai food you will love this place

We like ordering takeout from here- Ginger Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice, Cream Cheese Wonton with sweet dipping sauce, etc.
