Purchased MacBook Pro through Amazon. It arrived in perfect condition, although the courier left my $1600 package sitting outside my front door without requesting a signature! Very happy with Gainsaver service and 90-day warranty - the charging cord fell apart after 1 month, they shipped out a replacement within 24 hours, and it arrived in Canada within 4 days.

This is the second time I have used these guys and I have been so happy. I got an awesome refurbished MacBook Air for about half the cost of what I would have paid at another retailer. (It seems brand new). They also have great customer service!

When I decided to get a MAC computer, the MAC mini fit my needs great! Moving files from my older desktop was a breeze. I am glad I paid for the shipping insurance and extra diagnostics - it's worth every dollar. Plan to get a Backup HD next from GainSaver!

I purchased an Apple Time Machine from Gainsaver several years ago. It was like new and installed easily on my iMac. After it had been backing up my Mac for about 2 years, it saved my data when the hard drive failed on the iMac, so I was very glad I had made the investment!

Bought my mom a macbook for her birthday and the laptop was in excellent shape and perfect for her. The laptop came pretty fast and hasn't had any problems and she has had it for about more than a year now. Love gainsaver!!!!! Now I need to get one for myself so I can use it to further my youtube channel.
