What can I say? Best place ever recommend this place 100% great Staff excellent doctors that know what they’re doing. I live in Apple Valley California . My dog had an infection in her uterus. They were trying to charge me $5000 to operator or put her to sleep up here in Apple Valley. I didn’t have the money so I was going to put her to sleep. Luckily, my sister told me about this place down in Long Beach so I took her the next day and he was able to help me out. He saved my dog and I really appreciate that, thank you she’s doing well now you guys save her from her being put to sleep well appreciate it

I am very grateful for the staff at BHAH. My dad and I found a kitten by the freeway, and after calling 10-15 animal "hospitals", this was the only vet office that would see our kitten the same day. The staff here not only saw our kitten quickly after arrival, they stayed late to perform emergency surgery on him. He is now recovering and we are so grateful.

Dr. An was very caring, kind, and comprehensive in his treatment of our beloved dog, esp as it approached the end of his life. In particular, he was quite humane in laying out options for treatment and eventually, for when we need to say goodbye to our pet because he was suffering too much from terminal illness. I really appreciate the care and professionalism that Dr. An demonstrated during critical moments for our pet.

Dr. Rumm and his staff are amazing! My dogs actually love going to see Dr. Rumm, Paul, Jeannie and Kyle. They all treat my girls Leelu and Khaleesi like their own. Recently my husky Leelu had a large growth under her eyelid and required removing part of the eyelid and stitching it back together. Thank goodness the growth turned out to be benign. Dr. Rumm did an amazing job and you can't even tell she ever had surgery. Your dogs are a part of your family and I for one feel my girls receive the best care at BHAH because the doctor and his staff care about what they do. Thank you all so much for your professionalism. My girls love you all and I'm grateful for everything you do for them!

This vet is amazing and his customer service skills are second to none. During covid he takes the time to come out of the building and speak with you. He doesn't just make the techs do everything for him. 🧡💜💛💚 love this place will continue to go here and refer always!

This place is reliable, friendly and amazing! At the end of 2021 we had to put our 17 yr old cat down and other vets would NOT allow you to come inside their office due to the pandemic. We needed to be with her as she went, and Belmont Heights gave us just that. They got us into their office the same day that I called saying it was her time ( I called a few days earlier to inform them of what was going on, so it wasn’t a complete blindside). They were so amazingly kind and sympathetic. I immediately switched our younger cat to their office from a different vet. So far they’ve been able to squeeze in our cat during emergencies and overall are just amazing. Their friendly office staff is what sets them apart. “Ok, let’s see when we can get your baby in” a phrase like this tells me they love what they do and that our boy is in good hands. I definitely recommend!

My dog got his international health certificate through Dr. Jin Ah. The process was very easy and he was very thorough in his explanations whenever I had any questions. I wish I had found this place sooner, they offer very competitive prices for general services compared to our regular vet.

Highly recommended Dr. Jin An! He’s seriously the best! Gives you a peace at mind regarding the situation with your pet. The staff was really nice and friendly! We’ve been through several veterinarians since living in LA/Long Beach area. This is definitely our FURever spot! (it should be yours too!!!)

The whole team at BH Animal Hospital are wonderful. Dr. Jin was so sweet to me and my dogs and very accommodating to my last minute needs. Ariana, Erica and Patty were all so caring with handling my old dogs. They were all very communicative over email and so compassionate with me as I cried all over the place. Too many good things to say about this place & this team. I am so very thankful to have them in the neighborhood. 20 stars if i could give it

I needed to schedule a last-minute check up for my dog, because we were traveling internationally. They were able to check her and were super friendly! All the staff is amazing! I highly recommend them!

Absolutely great doctor. Truly takes the time to care about your pet. Listens very well and only make recommendations of what your pet really needs.

Dr. Jin An is by far the best Veterinarian we’ve had! He take the time to answer any questions we may have regarding our fur babies. In person and through emails. Dr. Jin An is very informative when it comes to what tests our elder cat needs but he’s never pushy on it and I don’t ever feel like they’re trying to make money off of random tests like other places. The staff and Technicians here has always been sweet and kind as well! I highly recommend this practice because they do really care about your babies! Thank you Dr. Jin An and the whole staff!! My fur babies and I really appreciate you all!

Dr. Ahn is such an awesome,thoughtful, and generous vet. He always has the best interest of your pet. I drive all the way out to Long Beach from southern CA because he is the best vet I have found thus far.

Great staff, efficient and fairly priced. Just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a vet but I'm so happy we found this one.

First time here and what a great place. Straightforward, no nonsense, no extra costly treatments. Dr and staff were very sweet to my little pup. Can't recommend enough!
