I had such a great experience buying here. I was in the market for a particular Rolex for a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Thess had me come in and explain all the different models and sizes to help make sure I was making the right decision. She was very knowledgeable about the brand and even gave me some history about Rolex that I didn’t know. It was first class service all the way. I’ll definitely be back.

I stopped twice at Morgan’s to try on some watches and let me tell you, the people there are amazing. The first time Melissa helped me with some GMTs and she went above and beyond showing me pieces and comparing them to help me decide. The second time Krystle spent time with me and she was just as helpful. Both Krystle and Melissa are extremely nice, super friendly and knowledgeable. They are renovating their store and everything is looking beautiful already. Can’t wait to see how everything will look like soon. If you are on the hunt for your perfect and personal timepiece or some jewelry, I can’t imagine a better place than Morgan’s.

I recently visited Morgan's to shop for a watch to celebrate my wedding. I enjoyed meeting Dylan, talking watches, and trying on various timepieces. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Russ. I highly recommend visiting Morgan's and supporting a long standing South Bay family business.

Greetings jewelers! Reviews can come in all shapes & sizes but this one will be explicit. Really had a fantabulous experience with Morgan’s associate by the name of Thess. She was exemplary helpful, friendly, humorous & well versed with their company’s premium inventories. Thess had made me pretty comfy with my buying experience considering it was a Rolex I was diving on! The level of care any customers would look for is something that Thess personally possesses.

And listen to this… really mind blowing! The owner himself, Russ, was there & provided me a tete-a-tete assistance assuring I was well taken care of. Highly professional people I dealt with that day honestly!

Was shopping for a Rolex, and after calling most of the dealers in town I knew I had to visit Morgan's in Torrance. Although it was over an hour away, Thess was the person I knew I wanted to work with.

She was extremely nice, professional & helpful from our phone call all the way until we finished our transaction. Ended up getting a beautiful two-tone Datejust for a very special Mother's day gift.

This review is long overdue but is still worth mentioning. I was lucky to have been able to work with Tess while in search of a 36mm Rolex watch. I don't live in Torrance so traffic was a good 3-hour from where I was coming from. Tess convinced me to drop what I was doing and hopefully make it there before their closing one Saturday which I'm so glad I did. She had a private room ready with wine and cheese while trying out some watches. Of course, I ended up getting the watch I've been longing for. Tess made the whole experience so relaxed and easy and really special. I truly appreciate her patience and all her help on this journey. The whole team at Morgan's was so nice. Their wide selection of jewelry are so fabulous as well. I got my gold bracelet at a very reasonable price. The quality of their jewelry is top of the line. I recently stopped by Morgan's to check out their watch selection. I intended to pop in and out quickly without talking to anyone, as I just had a bad experience at a different store. They had a great selection of watches but didn't have what I was looking for. As I walked out one of their employees, Roselle, stopped to talk. She took the time to hear my story and asked if she could work to earn my business. She took the time to find out what watch I was looking for and told me that if I gave her some time she'd work her magic and make it happen. Within a couple of weeks, she did exactly that. When I came in to pick up the watch, the whole staff was extremely personable and celebrated the new purchase with me. They even had some refreshments for my little ones who tagged along for the adventure. In an age when it's easy and convenient to buy products online, there is clearly a reason why this store has successfully done business in Torrance for decades, while jewelry stores all around it have closed their doors. They get it. You'll appreciate your experience here, especially if you ask to see Roselle.

Morgan's jewelers always take great care of me, I have purchased two engagement rings from them LOL. Second engagement is still on...We purchase all our jewelry from them and they also have designed some great pieces for us. Russ Michael and the crew thanks for making us so happy.

I went to Morgan's for the first time inquiring about Rolex and was met by the entire staff, while waiting for Thess who I had contacted by email I was asked by another member of the staff if I had any questions, after some wonderful information exchange he delightfully mentioned he was the owner (Russ) and I was a bit embrassed but delighted on how friendly and approachable everyone is at Morgan's, you could feel the family vibe business as the conversation continued, which included talking local sports as a long time L.A. Kings fan! The relaxed, warm, no hassle atmosphere was always present with all who I was introduced to during my visit, thank you Russ and Thess for the most enjoyable Rolex AD experience! I hope to do business with Morgan's in the future!

My husband and I went to Morgan’s and met Thess Duong. It was our first time in this store and first time meeting her! We were welcomed so warmly and offered drinks and made us feel very comfortable. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend everyone to go to this store and see Thess . You will enjoy your shopping experience and leave the store with a big smile!

The watch and jewelry industry have been changing a lot over the last few years. If you walk into a Rolex boutique or many other authorized dealers, you'll be met with what is more akin to asking for a fillet minion from McDonalds, "We don't have anything to help you, please move on". Not here. My wife and I were new customers who had never been in the store and met with Dylan. He was patient as we shopped for a gift for my wife's graduation and had a long discussion on our similar taste in watches. He was a great sales person while still respecting our taste, showing us some of the other interesting jewelry in the store. Ultimately, we let Dylan know we were hoping to purchase an Oyster Perpetual 28mm in blue if one came in.

We stayed in contact and he was responsive. When the time came for the watch, he gave me a call and I ran down. I got to meet the insanely sweet Thess, who helped me look at a few Breitlings as a potential gift for my father, and we chatted. I also had the pleasure of meeting Russ, the store owner, who was beyond kind and welcoming. Somehow the experience felt like 5 or 10 years ago when walking into a jewelry store was a special event and the hospitality was top notch. I can say, without a doubt, this store provides that very service.

They've created a customer for life with the experience and I'll gladly fly across the country just to buy another piece of jewelry from them.

Russ and his team at Morgan's Jewelers in Torrance provide a superior and excellent shopping experience each and every time! The team at Morgan's has helped me and my family acquire specific watches and fine jewelry over the past few years.

I've been most struck by how the team at Morgan's take time and care to serve every single customer that walks through their doors. Over the years, I've observed how they treat their customers, and unlike other watch ADs and jewelry stores I've been to, young or old, dressed to the nines or not, the team provides consistent service and care to their clients.

If you've been put off by a chain AD's holier than thou attitude when you go in simply asking about the possibility of buying a hard to get timepiece, then Morgan's is a great alternative. I've been very grateful for their candor sharing the likelihood of my getting a particular timepiece and their patience in working with me to get other pieces with longer wait times.

They are very accommodating with fine jewelry as well - I needed to get a gift for my mom, and Morgan's took great care to helping me select the perfect gift (necklace) and provided expedited service when the chain needed to be lengthened. These folks really know their stuff. They also have a deceivingly large range of specialty items, too (i.e. a Wolf winder case and sterling silver home accessories).

Over the last 2 years, I have made a number of purchases from Morgan's Jewelers. My experience has always been great and on one occasion there was an issue, they went above and beyond to resolve it.

I especially recommend working with Cooper. Not only is he a nice guy but also extremely knowledgeable in all things watches and jewelry.

I came in today to pick up my watch after getting it serviced. Roselle was exception in helping me today. Even though the Rolex watches on display the in store were exhibition only, it felt good to have the actual watches on my wrist. Roselle is an amazing salesperson. I look forward to working with her more in the future.
