I've been shopping for Tesla's for a while and find some nice prices on offerup from shoreline's listings. They were much lower than anything else I found. I went to look at a 2022 model 3 and after test driving I purchased it. There were a couple minor issues I noticed with the interior and Zack took care of it to make it right. I'm a satisfied customer and will probably buy another Tesla from them again.

What a great place to buy a used vehicle. No games and sales gimmicks. Just good cars at fair prices. Kyle and Zac kept all their promises.

Every step of the purchase process - from test drives to payment options (despite my having no U.S. credit history) to fixing minor issues I had with the vehicle - was top class. Hello everyone. We bought a Ford F150 work truck. With a 8 foot bed. Zack and his crew was ausome and professional in assisting us with the sales process. They took care of and was genuinely helping us with the transaction . Everything went perfectly smooth no hassle or finagal. They even went as far as going through a couple of lenders to try and get us the best rate for th interest rate on the truck.

They are really genuinely kind family Oriented business. No hassle, no trieng to pressure us into anything. That is how buying a car should be like. So I've been trying to find a second car now for about 3 months, it has been nothing but a headache every dealership I have been to there's been hidden fees and price gouging. I found shoreline on an ad on OfferUp and this was going to be my last go. Let me tell you how thankful I am that I did find them not only was the price beyond Fair but I have never experienced this GREAT of service. AND I MEAN THAT IN GENERAL NOT JUST IN DEALERSHIPS. Not once did I feel forced to buy the car when I showed up the price that was in the ad is the price that I got they did not try to add any type of hidden fees. They worked with me. I ABSOLUTELY FELT NO PRESSURE AT ALL TO PURCHASE and they are very trustworthy ( I know crazy to call a dealer ship trustworthy) Alex is the owner and the whole time he made sure I was happy with my purchase I was comfortable in the negotiations he let me spend as much time and as many questions as I had and he answered all of them.

I can keep going on and on about how great my experience was here and I recommend to anybody looking for a used car don't go anywhere else but here there's too many people trying to take advantage of you and I could promise I've been to multiple dealerships in this one is ONE OF A KIND!

Let me start by saying, I had a 99 Honda Civic that finally died on me, I only had so much money, and was looking for the Right car for a while. It was a rough grind going through many different dealers, due to either my credit not being good enough, cars being lemons during test drives, or dealers just being outright disrespectful and deceitful.
I was tired of it. I was sure I was going to end up having to buy something I was only semi-satisfied with, and walk away with a hint of buyers remorse.

That is until I got a call from Zach at shoreline automotive.
He responded to my interest in a Kia soul they had.
From the very beginning, Zach did everything he could to make sure I could get a deal within my budget, warranty included.
He was honest, straightforward, and informative.
He even sent the car to my house, so that I could test drive it all the way back to the dealership, and make sure it had no problem.

There was no pushy sales tactics during closing, they had a full report on the car fax, everything was very transparent and explained to me.
Their were no crazy hidden fees that made no sense. They even sent a tow truck the same night to my house, and cut me a check to take my old broken down civic that I couldn't even drive anymore off my hands.

Everything was right about these guys and the deal they helped make happen for me.
That's why im Writing this review.
It's probably one of the safest, legit dealers to buy from here in LA.

I'll be coming here to buy my next car, and am recommending to friends and family that are local.
