Legacy Sewer and Drain

I have hired them for a number of jobs for me now. Big, unfortunate ones. I know most of the family by now-a family run business. They have done both personal property work as well as income properties. Never disappointed. Honest & trustworthy in my opinion. I call him my orthoscopic plumber. I will be returning for more when I have trouble or upgrade needs again.

A big shout-out to Matt and the crew from Bigos. Matt has been my plumber for about 15, maybe 18 years now. In an emergency — at any time — he has NEVER hesitated to come out for even a minor repair. He once came on either Thanksgiving Eve, or the actual day, in the rain, and never complained. He just did an emergency sewer line repair for me, a job he’d been kindly pushing me to approve for years and for which I kept putting off. The poop Gods finally caught up with me, slapped me around, and now it’s all cleaned up and better thanks to Bigos. His work is quick, honest, and thorough.

My favorite plumber right now. They are my first call for sure. They come out as soon as they can and they are always very nice. And very efficient I should add. I had another plumber come out a while back who was a bumbling fellow that didn't seem to know what was up. The Bigos guys rebuilt a blocked bathroom tub drain. It was an old galvanized pipe that was caked with hard water mineral deposits and sludge. They used that new PVC pipe and my drain works great. Had them router the drain lines out to the alley too and those have been good ever since.

Matt Bigos and his team were absolutely amazing! From the very beginning was honest and provided us with his professional opinion on what was best for our house. He went above and beyond our expectations. They were super thorough, clean, and conscious of our space and time. They were easy to communicate with and kept us abreast of all that was happening. They made sure everything was super clean and left the way it was prior to the work. We would highly recommend Bigos plumbing to our friends and family for sure. We will definitely be using them for all our plumbing services from now on.

So happy to have found our “forever plumber”….. Luke is efficient and knowledgeable, handling a difficult install of the Nuvo system in no time flat while simultaneously flushing our tankless water heater. Matt, Stephanie, and their team at Bigos Plumbing were great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to work their schedule around to fit us in the same day and fix the problem within a couple of days. They not only fixed the problem for the unit that called but they fixed the plumbing for the entire complex. Bigos has come to our rescue many times with repairs big and small. They ware always professional, courteous, thorough, and willing to explain the situation at hand. Their prices are very reasonable. When I call the person who handles the admin remembers my name and greets me like a friend. I’m so pleased we found this reliable and trustworthy company.

I called Bigos, spoke to Stephanie who was very nice, explained my problem with our shower and she said she’d send a technician out ASAP. An estimate was emailed to me and fingers were crossed that they’d be able to complete the job at a reasonable price. The next day ,after Roger replaced several parts, the shower was working perfectly . I was warned it could cost more than original estimate depending on what was found but they were able to complete the job and it didn’t cost any more than original estimate. Fair, courteous and timely. Not a bad experience at all.

Matt was amazing. We had a plumbing emergency after hours and our neighbor gave us Matt’s contact info. He was so helpful over the phone. He was willing to come out but also gave us advice on how to temporize the problem until the morning. He was professional, on time, knew exactly what to do and how to resolve our issue. We felt that he was very fair in his pricing and we would definitely recommend this company to others.

We were in the process of selling a home and needed to not only have a drain cleaned but provide video confirmation to the new buyers. Bigos is best plumbing company in the area, long history in helping local on plumbing. They was introduced by my realtor after we purchased the house, They came and estimate the area to be done, and set up the time line, so I was able to have the place move in on time. And they arranged the drywall and stucco fix done in next day was the best. Additionally they fixed few other area that was broken by previews owner, which was not belong to this job. Thanks! I needed a tankless water heater replacement after my 14 hear old unit gave out. I did my research, contacted several different business, read an endless amount of reviews, and ultimately took my chance on Bigos. I'm so glad I did! Stephanie was so helpful in quoting me, explaining what the services would include, and she was beyond patient w the scheduling. Initially, they were booked a few weeks in advance, but after talking w her team, was able to schedule Matt the same afternoon. Matt thoroughly assessed the situation, explained possible risks/other problems, and was transparent about the work he completed. He completed the tankless replacement in about 1.5hrs! Stephanie and Luke at Bigos Plumming have given us the highest quality of service in every way. I appreciate the through, detailed friendly and professional communications. Luke took the time to throughly assess the situation gave us various options took the time to take pictures of the problem area as well as the old extra parts we had from the original faucet install. Other Plummer companies we’ve had come out had their own prefixed ideas and would not listen or communicate in an educational way to help us better understand and choose the best options for us. These guys were great - the operator was nice, and the repair dude showed up right on time within my appointment window. He was considerate and polite and took care of all my little concerns with my low flowing faucets and shower heads. He had all the stuff he needed to fix it in his truck and was done in 30 minutes. He didn’t try to upsell me or start some crazy project, either. 10/10 will use again!

I rarely write reviews and will keep this one rather short. I was really impressed with Luke and the staff at Bigos Plumbing from the initial bid throughout completion of the job. The attention to detail and the understanding of the job really impressed me. It’s hard to find good firms and this ones a keeper.

The plummer arrived on time. He was well spoken and polite as I explained my situation. I had water from the washer backing up into the the shower.
He explained the course of action he would take and what may be the problem. He wore shoe covers in my house and was was gentle and respectful when moving my alliances. Success! The drain was cleared the he cleaned up the workspace. I recommend Bigos for your plumbing needs. They were recommended to me before I called.
